Most likely the most rude individual I have dealt with when an issue was raised. Instead of helping work towards a solution, she would rather point fingers at the client, providing no help to resolve the issue. She was more than happy to raise her voice and say rude comments about the issue, again instead of helping to resolve the issue. Another problem was within the billing department, which I had not received my bill until after the 90 day period, which Dr. Krendl yet again was pointing fingers at the client instead of helping to resolve the issue. She frequently hangs up on clients as well, and refuses to admit when a mistake was made on her end. The final issue that arose was when the issue was after speaking to a different employee, and started working towards a resolution, Dr. Krendl finally decided to call back to provide more rude comments and to point more fingers at the client. I highly advise anybody seeking healthcare services to stay away from Dr. Krendl at all cost!

I have been going to Family Physicians for over 25 years now and never once had a negative visit. I am so grateful to Dr. Krendl for all that she has done for me over the years. She delivered both of my son's and has always given great care and advise. I liked to thank the entire staff for what you do and the great care you provide.

I have a great friend who has been searching for help for her health challenges. While searching for answers, she visited Dr Krendls office. This was not her first time there, but this time was terrible. Dr Krendl was very rude, and told her that she has a choice to make....come to my office, and my office only, or don`t come at all. Dr Krendl also told her that there is no help for her chronic fatigue. My friend left Dr Krendls office with sadness, disappointment and hurt after she was treated so rudely. After all of my own experience with doctors, I realize that Dr Krendl is just another "establishment" trained pill distributor without the true care of a real physician. I'm sorry, but if a so called "doctor" doesn't even have the audacity to treat a human being with kindness and compassion, they should maybe choose to be a veterinarian instead.....or a hamburger flipper. Dr Krendl and Sharp are the best family Dr's you can have. Their office staff is great and very respectful .

Dr. Krendl has been my physician for 20 + years. My entire family goes to her. She has been a wonderful doctor for us! She has great instinct and is very knowledgeable. Explains things easy for your to understand. Love her!

I’ve been going to Family Physicians my entire life and I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is friendly, they can get you into appointments quickly, and they reply to messages/questions in no time! Best office in the area.

I love this office. I've transitioned from the Allen County health partners about a year ago. Clark, is who my husband and I see. She is amazing. She cares about her patients.
