My wife went there for cataract surgery. They made her wait three hours because they called her in long before the surgery was even scheduled. They made her go more than 19 hours with no food or drink. The surgeon was unable to remove all of the cataract. The implant wasn't measured right and didn't fit. She said it hurt. Now she has to see a specialist. I guess that's what she should have done in the first place.

Dr. Shenouda is a very good and caring eye dr. I cannot say enough good about her. Sadly, she is no longer affiliated with Advanced Vision Care. Nobody seems to want to way what or why or where she went.

DR. Shenouda : Is very kind and easy to understand. She takes interest in helping her patients and is very thorough. I also think her personality is above and beyond any Dr I have ever been to. You never feel rushed and she listens when you speak. Also at the end of your visit she asks if you have any further questions that she could answer. Recommend her highly to anyone. Dr Shenouda is very nice and spends a lot of time talking and going over my problems. Her staff is also very nice. Appointments do take a while most of the time.
