I would direct patients needing care to **Dr. Luna!** He's much more respectful and delightful to deal with. The appointments at Luna's office are a breeze and painless. In all these years, this office sadly hasn't changed one iota and Chaney hasn't either. The rudeness of his staff is the first noticeable thing. Extremely unhelpful and can't conduct simple tasks and they get very hostile if one dares making a simple request (not bill related either) or if they want to go down a different suitable avenue. All of this is a direct extension from the petty "doctor" himself. Unsuspecting patients will sadly continue suffering this overgrown petty immature old man and his staffs rude behavior. WOW!!! Dr Chaney AND his staff are fabulous!!! From the caring receptionist to the assistants offering a warm blanket to Dr Chaney who is very professional, caring and great follow up. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! Highly recommend.

Very rude staff. Literally one of the worst appointments I ever had. I went to Dr. Lunas office and it was the total opposite from Chaney. I would advice all patients needing care to head over there.

This doctor is garbage and his staff is actually worse. The worst medical advice I ever got and he couldn't do my procedures. He was rude about it too. His entire staff (all offices- Lima, Celina, etc) are filled with FAT UGLY old witches that treat unsuspecting patients like complete garbage and usually for silly reasons. Dr. Chaney and his staff were very kind and informative. I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. They all explained everything very well and I knew exactly what was going on and why. Would highly recommend going to him!

Fantastic Staff, Procedure, and care

I was seen to have one of my wisdom teeth taken out. From the start that office was nothing but the best! I of course had to wait a month or so to get in but that is to be expected regarding something like this. We then had to reschedule due to COVID-19 which again was totally acceptable b/c I also work in the medical field and could not get in myself as I was working long hours. They did offer to put me on a waiting list to get me in sooner but I declined due to my schedule. I finally had it schedule for 7/15/20 and when I went in they were nothing but professional from the moment I walked in the door. Very nice and clean office! The nurse that took me back was very nice and made you feel very comfortable as no one enjoys having this procedure done. Went back in the exam room and then the other nurse that took care of me as well, was again very exceptional. Dr. Chaney came in and explained things very thoroughly and again made me feel at ease! I can't say enough about the excellent care I received at Dr Cheney's office! After dealing with a abscessed tooth for over a month I was told it would be another month before getting in to have it extracted. They asked if I would like to be on the cancellation list, and 2 days later they called me to come in that afternoon! From the first phone call I made to their office, I was treated with kindness and respect. When I had the procedure done, all of the staff involved with my care were professional, and I felt like I was the only patient they had! Dr Chaney took his time talking and explaining the procedure and twice asked me if I had any questions for him. He was not rushed, and I did not feel like "just another patient". The nurses took their time explaining everything to me and i did not feel rushed to leave the office after waking up. They let me take my time until I felt ready to go. From the very first phone call until I left the office after my procedure, my care was top notch! One thing I might add is I had no idea who to go to to have this done. After getting names of several I started calling. What made me choose this office initially was the kindness shown to me by the first person that answered the phone. I wish I could remember her name, but I'm sure the office knows who she was! Thank you all so much for the excellent care! Trips to the dentist have always made me anxious, but this office makes necessary visits much, much easier. Dr. Chaney's staff is friendly, professional, responsive, and efficient. Dr. Chaney himself is very kind, knowledgable, takes his time to explain procedures and answer questions, and is virtually painless. I highly recommend him and his office!
