A Doctor who listens to his patients! Great Staff also! Found my doctor!!

Not good. had not seen Doctor for a couple years due to heart surgeries and pandemic. After heart surgery, the hospital made a followup apt With Chapman. Upon arriving to the scheduled apt. was refused to see doctor for not showing up to 3 previous apt.s never missed more than one apt with call. By the way...there was no one in the waiting room. Nice way to reconnect to your doctor after a heart attack.

Dr. Chapman is great but his office staff and his nurse need to learn what working with the public means. A day training course would be really good for all of them

I've been seeing Dr. Chapman for a few years now, and have always found him to be knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I have several serious health issues, and he has taken good care of me, and has been very encouraging. He asks questions, and actually LISTENS to my answers, unlike other physicians I have been to in the past. I would recommend him to anyone. 👍

The reason why I quit that office in Wapak. Lima Memorial Health Systems. Terrible bedside manner and knowledge. Nervous laughter the entire visit. My son had a growth on his finger.

Dr. Chapman is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He listens to everything I say, and actually CARES. He’s always willing to work with me on any issue, and is an excellent physician. I’m so thankful I switched, and only wish I had done so far sooner than I did. ??????
