I came into the ER for an intractable headache. My doctors were Russel L Johnson DOS and Jonathan Para MS. Not only did they provide me with the incorrect drugs at the ER (2 antipsychotics), they sent me home with the incorrect referral (a referral to a WIC clinic) and the incorrect medicine (medicine to treat a UTI). I had to visit the ER the next day for the same unresolved issue and was told that I had a bad reaction (intense shaking and agitation) to the haldol that was given during my visit and the doctors were unsure as to why I was given Haldol in the first place. During my second visit I was given a shot of Benadryl that calmed my migraine and shaking symptoms. Needless to say I have filed a complaint with promedica. If you are given one of these doctors during your ER visit immediately request another doctor for the safety of your health.
