This man should stick with selling people their insecurities and not proclaim to be a medical professional.

How does it feel to know that you did nothing to help someone and allowed their entire life to fall apart due to your negligence?

Dr. Leahy and his staff are absolutely amazing. I've never been more pleased with a doctors office! They are great people! I was referred by a friend because my family doctor of 20 years was too busy and considered me a new patient. I looked up the reviews online and decided to call (Don't let the negative reviews impact your decision). They had me come in to fill out paperwork and made the time to see me ..The moment i arrived the ladies at the front counter were exceptional nice and understanding! His staff is rude and incompetent. Not only did this doctor give me prescriptions that interacted with each other and made me very sick, his staff was rude on the phone. I will never return to this office. I don’t think they like sick patients. They prefer healthy ones so they don’t have to actually work.

Dr. Bill is an awesome family doc! He takes his time with patients and genuinely cares. Very thorough and helpful!

Terrible customer service! Receptionist is rude. Office staff does not follow through with calling in prescriptions. Referral for dietician but was never called! I asked to speak with my CNP haven’t been able to do so. Asked to make an appt to talk to my CNP but they insist on blood work to do that! Michelle is awesome other staff is lacking! Dr Leahy & his staff have always been caring & attentive, even when I feel like I'm there non-stop (with 4 kids, sometimes we are in ALOT). He's been our primary care provider for @10 years now - maybe longer? He does have students in office, so talking to the nurse, then student, then him can become time consuming. However. THEY NEED TO LEARN! All of the students have been wonderful & our kids always give them something new to think about lol. Michelle & jackie are both wonderful, you're in very capable hands with them. My only complaint is that the office is very rarely running on time. So, if your appointment is at 2, expect to wait until 245 to be called back. It's not every visit, but definitely 80% or more of the time. With young kids, and schedules to keep, it has us considering other offices. I really dont want to start over somewhere else, tho. I thought the office staff were professional and fine. The pharmacist lady was nice. I didn't wait very long for my appointment. He listened and addressed all of my concerns for myself and my daughter.

My wife and I both use Dr. Leahy and have been totally satisfied with the care and treatment. Only complaint is he has many med interns at the office. They take your vitals and ask questions, then the nurse does the same thing, not a huge issue, just time consuming and redundant.
