I heard Dr. Scott Anzalone on NPR’s Marketplace and I applaud you’re staff, nurse practitioners and yourself for practicing medicine in a rural community. My wife is a F.N.P in the under served city of Jackson, Michigan. Rural communities suffer many challenges. High level of comorbidities and a lack of affordable healthcare insurance options. I salute you for your passion for sevice in your community and to encourage other medical providers to follow in your footsteps.

Dr. Anzalone and Nurse Practitioner Paula Fortner have been great as our PCP and his office staff are very efficient.

Went with my mom to her appointment. The desk staff were very rude and almost like little robots. The nurse calling paitents in watched an old lady drop her cane and struggle and she just stood there watching. The nurse checking my mom was laughing at her concerns and also very monotoned and robotic. When my mom almost fell she just said "oh no" instead of you know helping out. Good I was there or she would have busted her face on the random China hutch in the extremely cramped room

very good to excellent service with staff ,PA, and Doc only issue I've had in the many years of great service is I need a prescription faxed to a pharmacy I called twice and left a message to see if scip was faxed with no answer

I have been with doctor for many years and he is very caring and does a great job making sure you get the best care possible. Very down to earth and easy to talk to and understand. He is genuinely concerned about your needs. I would recommend him to anyone. My whole family has him as A PCP. Office staff at times can be slow & snippy but those are rare and anyone can have a bad day. I have been blessed to have him as my doctor

Very kind and caring Doctor. His staff is very kind too. I would recommend Dr.Anzalone to my family and friends. Dr.Anzalone cares and takes time to listen to concerns and the needs of his patients.
