Recently was seen in Doctor Lemelle's office and had a very satisfying experience. The staff was very competent and I felt safe with the COVID Precautions. Doctor Lemelle took care of my problem with my foot and explains everything as he is doing it. He looks at you and listens!!!

I've been a patient of Dr LeMell for years and love him and his staff. All are friendly, courtesy, great sense of humor and have taken care of all my heel/toe issues.

For many years, I have been a patient of Associates in Podiatry. Dr. LeMelle is exceedingly professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares for his patients. The staff is most courteous and helpful, too.

The rating of a ZERO was unavailable. I saw Dr. LeMelle in March, the first part, and it is now JUNE - poor customer service for severe pain in my heel so bad I wish I could cut my foot off, this firm does not care, they actually as well stated they gave me a Rx for Gabapentin but upon requesting it they were unable to find it although they stated they called me (at a wrong number they put in my file, incompetency runs throughout this firm, from the front office women to the doctors, as who would allow a patient to be in such pain for over 4 months. Do not recommend! I am going to OSUMC where the real doctors and medical staff care about their reputation.
