Jill at the front desk is not a people person and that tone of voice. She needs to have compassion with patients. I called in requesting a progress note from his visit, just something that says why he was there. No, not a return to work slip, he went back to work that same day. Anyway, she said what is the problem, there is no problem, so I hung up. Poor telephone skills.

Dr. Ramalingam Selvarajah M.D. is the all around absolute best family doctor anyone could even think of asking for. From his bed side manners, his passion, his kindness and his very broad range of medical expertise.Dr. Ramalingam Selvarajah M.D. has literally saved my life more than a few times! Two of those times was Dr. Ramalingam Selvarajah M.D. finding and fixing other doctors/specialist who had diagnosed me wrong! So even if you have a long waiting time or staff is busy and having a bad day. It is worth it because of the same time, care and medical expertise he will give you and your family.

I have been going to Dr. Selvarajah for over 2x years! Highly recommend him for his knowledge and expertise! He and his staff are fantastic. I drive from Columbus to keep him as my doctor.

I have been going to him for over 16 yrs. Great Dr. and Teresa great. Today I made an appointment with another Dr. due to Jill. The last 3yrs I have not went to see him when I should have because she has been nothing but rude every phone call and in person.

Dr Selva is great! However, front desk receptionist is awful - The last thing you want to deal with when having medical issues.

I have been a patient of Dr Selvarajah for a few years now. He has been good to me and Teresa and other nurses have been great as well. However, Jill (front desk receptionist) is not very friendly all the time and needs a some work on how she speaks to patients. Many times that I have called I would explain my needs or situation to only be cut off and placed on hold. I've had to repeat myself multiple times to her and with that aggravation sets in. I've considered going else wear because of her poor attitude. I've been in the office and watched her talk to patients like she has me. Not a good representation of the practice.

Dr. Selvarajah is always patient and compassionate anytime I or my father has seen him. As a family doctor he manages most health issues but is more than willing to make a referral when the situation warrants something more. He is a family doctor in the truest sense of the title.

He is the best Doctor ever....My husband needed him on a Sunday and he was there at his office. I honestly love this man. I need him myself now if he can keep a secret. He is the best doctor I have ever seen in my 59 yrs. I love him.
