Dr. Olson has a great bedside manner. His office is very clean and staff is just as friendly. He shows concern and walks you through the treatment process. Dr. Olson was not rushed and was willing to answer any questions I had. I would refer him to anyone for orthopedic needs.

Made an appointment asking for a second opinion on an orthopedic situation with a child and after the doctor read previous medical notes, cancelled the appointment and declined to even see the patient or talk to the family. We were simply asking for a second opinion (not treatment) but the doctor was unwilling to oblige. We live and work in London and were asking for help from our London medical community but were unable to get any kind of support from this doctor. Very sad.

Dr. Olson saved my elbow after a dislocation and serious radial head fracture. I am very grateful for his service, and the Madison county community is fortunate to have such a skilled surgeon.

He was nice. Called in an RX. Left off instructions. Pharmacy left message and I have left messages. His office will not return calls. Pretty poor management. Makes me wonder exactly how good he is
