I picked this health care provider based on excellent reviews and I severely regret it. I cannot get an appointment in any reasonable amount of time. I injured my back and they say it's a month before I can get an appointment. I called for my test results that were supposed to come back in a couple days and they tell me she is on vacation and won't be able to reach me for weeks. Why wasn't that said at the appointment a few days prior? This is my last straw as I keep calling to speak to a nurse to call me in a simple prescription and the answering machines are full and no one will answer the phone. I have to go to the urgent care every single time I have an issue, because I can't get in.

My family has been going to Dr.Al-Obosi for several years. She consistently forgets who we are. Both my parents needed care from specialist and it took an unreasonable amount of time for them to get care. She also is late to appointments and sometimes doesn’t even show up. She lectured me on why I should not be upset about things that have happened in my life during a specific time because others have had it a lot worse and have lost family members during the pandemic. Which I get but I felt it was inappropriate in the context of the conversation. Especially, since she didn’t know I’ve lost family members during this time was well. Anyone could get upset about anything doesn’t mean it has less meaning. Then she let that piece of the conversation to overshadow the reason i was there and ended up misdiagnosing me for the second time as a patient of hers. I usually don’t write reviews but when it comes to people’s health we need to do better.

New nurse Randy, amazing human I am so happy to see that you have found a perfect fit for the job he is so welcoming, friendly, kind, caring and most of all he gives a explanation for everything. My 15 year old boy had to do a very awkward test we had to ask him for help we had no idea what was happening he explained everything to us like common people not medical experts he laughed with us not at us he truly is a great person we look forward to seeing him again
