I love this doctors office. All of the doctors area really nice. I have seen Dr. Parrish since I was really little and also seen Alexa when Parrish was out. My only complaint is that it is so hard to call them. They have at least 2-4 girls in the front part of the office at all times and it's still really hard for them to answer the phone. I have to call at least 20 times in a row before they will answer and then put me on hold. They definitely need to get a better system for that and then i think this would be the greatest office ever. I will still go regardless of the busy phones because I love my doctors.
Worst Doctors I have ever seen. They were rude an don’t care about there patients. I wouldn’t even give them one star. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
Horrible, the worst medical experiences I've ever had were with Steineck and Whitnell. No concern for drug interactions or previous sever side effects. They tried to incorrectly treat me as a type2 diebetic and stuff every blood pressure medication possible down my throat when the only reason it was ever high was from thier extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. I left returning to my previous recommended diet and instantly returned to the good health I was in prior to dealing with them.Unfortunately for her, my wife stayed enduring over a year of constant testing with no results until today from The Cleveland Clinic revealing her condition is exactly what a quick Google search showed in the very beginning that Steineck dismissed and made fun of. This doctor is an uncaring greedy individual who pushes drugs and procedures like a used car salesman and should not be allowed to practice.
I see CNP Alexa Matsui as my primary care physician and she is the best. Caring, patient, thorough, and great at answering my questions and concerns. I'd give her a 5 star rating. The office people are nice as well, but my biggest problem is actually getting someone on the phone. The lines are busy all the time and you can't even leave a message to be called back. If you do get through, most times I have to wait 5-10 minutes on hold. The office is so busy that it would be nice if they hired another person to answer calls. Or if they would leave a detailed message instead of just telling you to call back. I'd give office management 3 stars. My doctor is the reason I put up with the hassle to speak to someone. Thus, my 4 star rating.
I have had a little experience with several doctors but Alexa the NP is my primary care doctor & she is absolutely amazing. Super informative & caring, so glad i got established with this office.
I agree with the posts about the nurse practitioner who works here. Her service is beyond exceptional
Horrible care from Dr steinick! I have been having trouble with my blood sugar levels and my whole family is diabetic so naturally I'm concerned. All I received was a phone call from his nurse to tell me he told me to quit taking my blood sugar I'm not diabetic just leave it alone! Like I'm a child! What Dr does that to a patient! Then proceeds to say he has went over this several times with me when I have only discussed this with him twice! Update!!! I was able to see an endocrinologist and turns out I'm hypoglycemic! But yet Steinick told me it was all in my head! Glad I didn't listen to him because I would probably be dead!
Horrible.
I see Amy there. She is very unique Dr in the sense she actually cares for her patients. Best Dr office I've ever been too. Good nurses, & receptionists, get you in and out quick.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
