Insisted on seeing my mom every 6 months with bloodwork even though her levels hadn't changed in 4 years. Then refused to fill her meds once we said we were switching to someone closer.
I would give this doctor 0 stars, mother went to her today for a sore throat and cough, has been a patient there for years, because she declined to take a covid test, she was given a paper telling her she has 30 days to find a new doctor. This absolutely tells you what kind of a doctor she is. Stay away!!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE "DOCTOR"...I put doctor in parenthesis because she doesn't even deserve to be called that. If you are a doctor you are supposed to help people..but she did the opposite of that when she told my 76 year old grandma she would not treat her and to find a new doctor because they had a difference in views. Now she is scrambling around trying to find someone new during a pandemic while many places aren't taking new people at the moment..and she needs her medication. This woman is despicable. And even before this event she would treat my grandma like absolute garbage. She deserves to have her license revoked. A joke of a doctor.
If I could leave fewer stars I would. Do not use this doctor she is extremely rude and her judgement is highly suspect.
Love doc Prosser
Not happy with the care this doctor and her husband provided my dad in the hospital during what would be his final days. He was a type 1 diabetic and we had to ask multiple times for them to order his humalog insulin when he had a blood sugar a 500. Was not given details of his heart exam. Found out from ER nurse he had CHF . My sister wass treated poorly in office for asking to change depression meds. My mom had lung scan and office nevr called with results evenn after she called them and asked for test results shortly after loosing her husband.i would consider a different physician perhaps one with a better bedside manner
I don't even want to give her the satisfaction of one star. I've had my final appointment with this woman today. Perhaps she should consider retirement.
Horrible Doctor!!’ Don’t go here, scheduled an appointment to discuss the progress of my mother’s health and she would only let my sister be in the room during her appt!!! I sat in the waiting room for an hour and heard nothing after I drove from Medina to Louisville. Needless to say we did switch doctors and so happy with the new doctor
I have given this woman enough of my time. Today was my last appointment with this doctor. I went in to discuss a medication I cant take do to side effects and was told she couldn't work with me because I wasn't cooperating with her I've taken this pill for three years straight how am I not cooperating I do not like it Id like to switch. Any how I left the office feeling more lost than when I went in. I wish I had time I could write a book on reasons not to go to her. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else.
She is a bully will not listen to you. Does what she wants , if you ask questions you get told she's the doctor. I would not recommend her to anyone. She tells you to call office before you go to the hospital. If you do call about something you are asked if you have an appointment Not sure how you can have an appointment if you would cut your hand???

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
