Warning!!! I would give them no stars if I could. I received an invoice that made absolutely no sense. Additionally, it didn't match the Explanation of Benefits that I received from my insurance company. I called the insurance billing service with my concerns they were very helpful and pointed out my husband and I were being charged $100.00 more then it should be. Upon arrival I expressed that I needed help with the invoice that I had received. The doctor came barreling out of her office on the defensive. She said she had just received a call from insurance and they were not fixing it. They only make $60 from our insurance and that she did not care what we had to say. This conversation with the office was not private. It was out in the open with all of the employees and customers listening. The doctor is very unprofessional in my opinion, failed miserably at having any customer service. If I owned the company I would have been mortified that a customer was treated that way, especially doing it in front of everyone.

Great service and friendly staff, every time! Dr. Blevins has taken great care of me and helped me through post-LASIK dry eye issues. It's easy to make appointments and get in quickly, and they work with you if you need prescription refills. I highly recommend her.

The staff here is so wonderful. They are always friendly and willing to help when insurance gets confusing or you can't remember what brand of contact you kids wear! Dr. Blevins always has a smile and takes time and care with each patient.
