Dr. Pansino and the staff there at the Louisville office have been so helpful to both my husband and me. They went over and above to help us get test results so we could travel to Alaska. He even came in early to get the results to us before we got there. He also has helped me to work out a way to deal with frontal headaches from wearing PPE at my workplace. Thanks so much much for all you've done. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pansino and the staff at Louisville!!

Dr Pansino has such a way with patients. I have been to many Dr's in my life but he always makes me feel. Comfortable and takes time to talk to me to get to know me. I would never change Dr's again. Thank you Dr Pansino for being a great asset to your field.

I have never been so upset dealing with a physician in my life. I work a job that is very hard to get off took a vacation day to take my 85 yr old mother for a check-up. It was 10:33 when we walk through the door walked up to the reception window to sign my mom's name and the receptionist very rudely told me that we have to reschedule because we're more than 10 minutes late I thought the appointment was at 10:30 and actually it was 10:15 there were only two people in waiting did not see my mom

Dr. Pansino is a wonderful Doctor. He listens to all of your concerns and leaves no page left unturned. He is a big picture thinker, making sure that he assesses each illness with your recovery in mind. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Pansino was recommended by a friend. After my first visit I felt I had finally found a doctor I felt comfortable with! This past month, after days of "flu" and IV fluids, I went to Dr. Pansino. He listened when I explained this was not the flu. He saw the hospital tests and ordered more tests, hearing my plea for help. He found I had a parasite not the flu. Within hours, I had medicine and relief from symptoms. He listened and did not dismiss me or my symptoms. I highly recommend him.

I have found Dr. Pansino to be a very engaging combination of wisdom and compassion. He takes the time to understand my concerns about my disorder. I'm not treated as a medical problem but as a fellow human being who happens to be suffering with a disease. He is very well trained. He knows when a problem is within his area of expertise and when to seek assistance from a specialist. I'd highly recommend him.

Would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Doctor and staff member was very rude and unprofessional!! You go to the doctor because you are ill--not to be harassed and interrogated. He and certain members of his staff give the medical profession a bad name. How are they continually able to get away with this? SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR HORRIFIC TREATMENT OF YOUR PATIENTS!!!!!

Staff members were very rude, doctor was VERY unprofessional--would not recommend to ANYONE. Will be contacting the medical board about this one!!!!!If you are sick and expect to be sicker go see this DR.
