This place is so unprofessional they was supposed to call me back for a Appointment for my kids a month ago. I call them and they’ve discarded their medical records ( as we are new patients) like is it really this hard to get a dam pediatrician around here ??!!! Very unprofessional

This office managed to allow our 9 month granddaughter to fall off the table in the middle of an examination which resulted in a trip to ER. How can they be so careless and negligent?

I will be finding my child a better dr. Nurse was rude to me and belittled me because she didn’t do her job and I got upset that me daughter has had to wait for almost 4 months to see a pediatric cardiologist for her heart murmur. I ended up having to call the cardiologist office, set up the appointment and call this office to get a referral after finding out nearly 2 months later the nurse didn’t schedule said appointment. It’s pathetic how poorly they treat their patients.

We love this office! They have 2 offices, which is convenient because you can visit either office and receive fast care. There are several Doctors and Nurse Practitioners. They are all very knowledgeable and kind. The nurses and office attendants are all very helpful and nice. We now consistently see Dr Lauren. She is AWESOME! She remembers my son each visit and she is very understanding to a new parent, like myself. I recommend this office to all my friends.

I have never been treated with such disrespect by a doctor as I have here. Both nurse practitioners are great, and the only doctor I have dealt with is Dr. Mary. She was extremely rude by raising her tone and cutting me off when all I was trying to do was talk to her about my son's vaccines. I have received several different answers from the same question I've asked. This place thinks an alternative vaccine schedule is "so confusing". How it is confusing is beyond me. One of the receptionists is very rude as well. She always has an attitude and god forbid does she give a smile. If you are looking for a pediatrician please look elsewhere. I will be finding a new one after my terrible experience with this place.

Dr Mary is highly recommended by myself and my son. She is very kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and caring on all levels ...hands down...a great pediatrician!
