They were staffed by a nurse practitioner only, which I would assume had a physician available by phone if needed. She was argumentative, rude, and flippant.

Excellent care, compassion and professionalism from front desk, nurse and Doctor. I wish this was my primary care office and staff team. I hope the corporate office rewards and pays these care workers well-they could work anywhere, remember that. Do not take excellent people for granted. I hope you realize the treasures you have. Starting from check in till treatment it was a smooth process. The medical assistant who did the vitals before the doctor was friendly and informative. The doctor who saw me explained what's going on with me in a professional and understandable way. Proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment mode me feel better within the next four hours.

They tried to tell my friend that she was diagnosed with an STD/STI when she actually had E.Coli. The lady on the phone was so incredibly rude and so judgmental (like what if she actually had an STD? You don’t know someone’s circumstance), how embarrassing for this urgent care.

They never have a long wait, and it's a quick and easy place I take my kids for their sports physicals instead of waiting a month for an appointment.
