Caroline Palmer Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr Palmer has been my OBGYN for years. She treats her patients with such kindness and care. She listens and offers alternatives she feels best for her patients. Her calm demeanor is very comforting and her bedside manor outstanding. She truly cares about her patients and I would highly recommend her.

I saw Dr. Palmer after I was rushed to the ER with terrible belly pain. She did her due diligence and beyond to figure out all of my issues. My surgery was scheduled very quickly. She even held my hand while I was put under anesthesia and comforted me me. She made me feel at ease and helped calm my nerves. I greatly appreciate her. Her bedside manner was soothing and reassuring that I would be fine. She was readily available to answered and all my questions.

Dr. Palmer was so patient, kind, and supportive anytime I had an appointment with her. I was elated when she was on call when I went into labor. I felt safe and trusted that she would do what was best for me and my baby.

I love all the doctors at group health except dr palmer. I'm legitimately afraid she will be the one on call when I go into labor. She always rushes you out the door, doesnt listen to you, pushes her views on you without explaining the risks and benefits, makes jokes about your diagnosis, is never familiar with your chart or history. In my case she also missed a pretty easy hyperemesis diagnosis.

This doctor didn't show up for a procedure that her office confirmed with me the day prior. When the hospital staff called her she had them get me to come to the phone-while I was in a gown, naked underneath-so she could try to convince me to not do the procedure. She was the one who said I should have the procedure done and I took off work to do it. She finally showed up, I had the procedure done, she was rude and cold and unapologetic. Then it was coded incorrectly, ins denied claim.

Then it was coded incorrectly so my insurance denied it. I couldn't get her office to properly fix it. I fought it for a year and a half before it went to collections and we just paid it because we were tired of dealing with it. $850 worth of hassle! Trust me...go elsewhere!

Dr. Badawi delivered my daughter and was AMAZING. She made my delivery a great experience. I had coupling contractions & was in a lot of pain. Her staff was incredible & she was very down to earth...

I was new to USA got pregnant she has no knowledge ever time I visited her she had no idea who Iam or what Iam there for I had to repeat myself every single time she only know about pep test she is so much into this test never gave me accurate results.. bad I told her that I don’t feel movement of the baby still her records indicates that I had no problem with movements .. they never listen to you properly she is so negative u can feel her negativity around her they didn’t do my stress test even after I told them about my movements ... I had a stillbirth at 36 weeks because of negligence of such doctors beware if you see this doctor ask them the printout of your visit with the issues and resolution becoz they don’t take any responsibility . I had a stillbirth in 2014 because of her and her team neglectence be very aware I will not recommend her to anyone..

I was extremely disappointed with Dr. Badawi. We are new to the area and I made an appt with her blindly. I should have read her reviews first. Her bedside manner was terrible. She was unable to explain things to me. Every question I asked her was given a huff and snappy comment back. I will NOT go back to her and would never recommend her to anyone!

Without going into the details, I was very disappointed in Dr. Badawi's bedside manner and her overall compassion & empathy for me, as her patient. I was asked to return to the office for a follow up after an in office procedure, and once there, I was told that I would not be seen because it was Dr. Badawi's time to leave (4pm) - even though I arrived before 4pm. I was told to go the ER instead and spent 5 hours there! V. simply, Dr. Badawi doesn't seem to care. I will not be back.
