List of Cincinnati Childrens Mason Campus's Reviews
Everything has been perfect during our visits specially the primary care visits .
Highway robbery. If you want to owe over $500 for your child to see a doctor for 20minutes (yet they bill for 30-44 min) come here. Physician services $365, Hospital services $209 ( $138 to sit in a clinic room waiting longer for dr than actually seeing them). I will NEVER AGAIN MAKE THIS MISTAKE. Ought to be ashamed of themselves!!!
What a waste of time! On December 7, 2023 I called the Cincinnati Children’s Mason Campus to schedule an urgent appointment with a GI doctor for my son as he was having a stomachache but they told me that the soonest appointment was in March 2024 after spending 20 minutes on taking the patient and insurance information. They could’ve mentioned this as soon as I asked for an urgent visit for today or tomorrow in the beginning of the call. If you don’t want to waste your time, ask them about the doctors’ availability first, before providing any patient info.
I use to take my child here for speech therapy with Rebecca Goldwasser and she was terrible. She made both my child and I feel terrible everytime we came in. She has zero compassion and I truly don’t think she should be working with younger children. She would say things like “oh did you hear that your child said they don’t like me” first off my child would never say that nor does my child even know how to say the word “like”. I would get up very early and drive 35 min just to get to our appointment and the last time she made us leave 5 min into the appointment. If you’re going to do speech here I hope you don’t have to be with her as she isint compassionate, rude, no empathy and will put words into your child’s mouth to make them look bad. I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my life.
If you love your child’s appointments being canceled/rescheduled the day of, go here! They have cancelled and moved my son’s appointment two times, both times I was informed the same day of the appointment. They have made it very abundantly clear they do not care about anyone else’s time but their own. Will be looking for a more reliable office soon. Don’t let these people waste your time.

Overall Dope Hospital. Anyone complaining is probably from Canada or the UK where they have actual healthcare/professional hospital administrative staffs.
Walked into urgent care and was told there was a minimum of a 3 hour wait time just to get back into a room.. not 1 person in the waiting area, a total of 4 cars in the parking lot. Be careful, the are telling people this so they leave. It worked. I don't want my kids seen by people that don't want to see them. I will take them to sn honest place that wants to help.
Very fast and efficient always. We were in and out with a specialist appointment and xrays in less than 30 minutes.
My girl Meredith did a great job, she was taking my blood and worked in the lab department. I didn’t feel it at all that’s the only time this has ever happened before and I get my blood drawn every few months for the last 5+ years. She definitely deserves a raise she was so nice and professional and even taught me about the equipment she was using. Props to her and the Cincinnati Children’s Mason Campus they did great.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
