Lee Side Wellness's Online Review Report Card

This place is awful, NEVER go there. They will not charge you for months and then you'll get an enormous bill out of the blue. They never send bills and change their prices without sending contracts. My last contract with them was to pay 90 dollars and they've been charging me almost double out of no where. Nobody ever answers the phone and nobody seems to know what's going on.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

This used to be an excellent group. But recently there has been no communication, returned messages or phone calls. The voice mail box is often full. Did they close up shop and not tell anyone?

This pill pushing clown doctor trashed my medical record and ruined my opportunity to join and serve in the US military. 100% would not recommend.

If you are in need of help do not even try this place.Read the negative reviews.I scheduled an appointment and showed up to there building thinking I was going to see somebody in person. All there reminders, except for one email, neglected the fact that I had a video call with them. Half my fault for not being thorough and half there’s for not being crystal clear.I fumbled around and finally logged in 13 minutes past my slotted time. Nobody showed up. They may have a ten minute policy to not be obligated to remain online, but I suspect I was forgotten about.All the while I’m waiting outside there building and there’s a phone number posted all over to call if you need assistance and a different number to check in via text.NEITHER number got me a response. The voicemail was full and nobody called ME to see if I needed technical support (knowing I’m a new client).If you need help. Go somewhere else.I wasn’t helped but they sure did get a ton of personal information and likely getting paid for my “missed” appointment somehow.

Go to another agency. They are unethical and unorganized. They do not communicate with their clients let alone with each other as staff. My dog who is about 10 years old with lung issues almost died the day of my appointment, but I still called and told them what was going on. They said they understood. After taking care of my dog for a couple of weeks, I called to schedule another appointment. They said sure and gave me a date but then asked me to hold. They then said because of my late cancellation, this provider would not accept me nor would anyone else. Yet, they rescheduled almost all of my appointments I tried to make beforehand. I’m dumbfounded. I hope this helps others who are trying to seek out help.

I was recommended by my family doctor to call Lee Side Wellness. From the very first appointment I felt calm and safe. Ashley Gould listened to me more than anyone ever has and still does. A lot had happened to me since I first started going to see her. I would recommend Lee Side Wellness to anyone who needs a professional that really cares. Also she got me set up with Athens’s that monitors my other issues and keeps in touch with me about my results. All in all I am very happy to be involved with this group of professionals.

AVOID! Obviously you’re reading this review because you were brave enough to seek help. Skip the trouble; Leeside will not be helpful. My loved one was seen through Leeside. Helpful NP in the moment but nothing extraordinary. She did act like she hated her job though. Impossible to schedule, speak with the right person and get answers for anything. We made an appointment, went to said appointment and the office was completely closed. No apology or anything the next day. We are understanding people though so we try to schedule again. They give “available” dates way far out; too far away for someone who is struggling. We were informed for the first time that they’re all telahealth and that most of the NP’s hours are 10ish to 5. How helpful for my loved one who works 9-5 right? NP also was trying to schedule an initial session AGAIN to get more money bc it had been a couple months since we had seen her. Just PLEASE avoid. Find a place that cares for your well-being because you deserve it !

The Mason and Dayton areas are fortunate to have Leeside. I've been with Ashley G. as well as Angela and can say with certainty that they want what is best for their patient's and are rooting for them to succeed. I'm confident that the other providers are Leeside are the same. If you're struggling I encourage you to seek help through Leeside.

Ashley Gould has played such an important role in my recovery and continued progress. She treats me with dignity, respect, and care. She is educated, responsive, and communicates effectively. I wouldn’t be doing nearly all I am without her in my corner, 💕💕🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️

I’ve had a great experience here! I was losing hope when every office that I was calling had at least a 3 month wait. Finally I called Lee Side and they got me scheduled in 2 weeks. I see Ashley Altman who is by far the kindest and most understanding person I’ve been to in this field. I never feel judged or embarrassed to tell her how I’m feeling and I can tell she genuinely cares. She gives off a very calming and reassuring vibe. Also she is great about answering messages in between visits.
