Low T Center's Online Review Report Card

I love this place! I've been a patient for around a year and a half. They always are on point, and go above and beyond to help me. I can't believe there are negative reviews. I simply don't believe them. This place has my vote!!

They have always fron day one been polite and very helpful to any questions i have had. They are very prompt and i would highley recommend.

I see a lot of negative reviews for this place and I don’t understand why. Been going here for almost a year now. Great and friendly staff. Reasonably priced testosterone. This place is great.

Terrible Follow-up! Called on a Monday, was promised a call back immediately, followed up with them on Friday, person I was talking to couldn't remember who I was, kept getting me mixed up with other people and then acted like I was bothering them. I was trying to set up a new provider. Because of their lack of follow-through I am now having to look again for a better provider. I would avoid this place at all cost - they don't seem to really care about the customer.

With all of the negative reviews, I thought I'd share my experience with the Low T Center. After feeling not like myself for an extended period of time, I started googling my symptoms and thought that a cause could have been that my T was low. I found the Low T Center, and at first was hesitant because of all of the reviews, but I'm the type of guy to try it out myself and make my own judgement. I scheduled my meeting, went into the office, and had bloodwork done. I came in a week later, and a NP explained my test results back to me, and I was right in that my T was low, and they setup a treatment plan. Now, 7 weeks later, I feel AMAZING. I go into the office once a week for my injection, and am greeted by a very friendly & knowledgeable staff. It can be busy at times, but I have not waited longer than 15 minutes ever. If you are questioning if you should possibly be on TRT, I would recommend giving the Low T Center a shot.

If you do not have insurance just fine somewhere new. They want to charge you $195 a month for treatment. If you could swing this you would probably have insurance. This place wants to charge you $100 to draw your blood just to tell you you need to pay more money. I’m so sick of companies like this that claim to want to help people but rally just want all your money. All the research says that testosterone is not $195 expensive. Absolutely ridiculous. Find a company that actually wants to help you instead of just wanting to take all your money. What a scam.

My husband has an appointment to see a urologist. He was told to get his testosterone tested beforehand. He scheduled an appointment at the Low T Center. He went to get tested even had them confirm that he was able to get his testosterone tested at the Low T Center. They said “yea, just give the sheet of what you’re needing to the individual who draws your blood.” After they drew his blood they decided to tell him “ohhh we can’t test you forTestosterone/give you test results til your 3rd visit”.He didn’t need a 3rd visit he just needed to get his testosterone levels tested. He was clearly misled. No one at this office was on the same page with their communication. And of course he had to pay $99 for a visit that isn’t going to help him.

Abysmal place. They don’t send out prescriptions on time. Terrible customer service. Dismissive employees. Convoluted supply chain. Ordering system and application that supports it should be torched.
