I had to take my 83-year-old mother for x-rays at the imaging and lab center. I cannot speak highly enough of each employee that we encountered. From the front desk girl to the security officer, everyone went above and beyond to accommodate my mom. I would highly recommend the imaging and lab center for anyone.

Had really bad breathing issues and they were trying to force and IV In me I tried to get my boyfriend back there because he is the only thing that calms me down and they would not let him back not to mention the nurse told me she was super busy and was to worried about everyone else what about me

Very dissatisfied and disgusted...as a grandma...the pediatrician says take him to the hospital if he gets worse ....hes 10 months old and has had diarrhea for 6 days now ...he clearly is getting dehydrated at this point but yet u wanna give him some nauseous meds and call it a day ...oh and maybe u should take him to Akron children's ....u could have said that 10 hours earlier instead of wasting my time and money

I had an EMG today 2/21/22. Dr. Washington made me feel so comfortable. I was nervous. He walked me through every step. He put me at ease. The nurse who was in the room was very nice. The staff in the front were helpful and friendly.

I had a scan done on my stomach almost 3 weeks ago on my gallbladder and other organs to figure out what’s wrong with me. They told me that I would have results back within three days, at max five and that they would call me. I’ve tried calling and received no answer and haven’t heard a thing about what’s wrong with me other than being mad for having to pay my hospital bill after not getting any response or answers from them on what’s wrong with me. Thanks, Aultman!

REVISED: SEE BOTTOMI was treated so poorly last night. I fell on the ice and injured my ankle. I wasn't diagnosed properly. They told me they didn't do MRIs there and they informed me nothing was broken...just a sprain. They gave me a boot that didn't fit and gave me an attitude when I asked for a different one. The girl came in and "put my boot on correctly" then proclaimed how it fit and that my foot was even hanging off the edge quite a bit. I informed her that that was because my heel is in the middle of my boot. I've broken enough bones to know it wasn't just a sprain ... Not everyone is some junkie looking for pills. .I WENT TO CLEVELAND CLINIC IN DOVER FOR A SECOND OPINION... I HAD A FRACTURE

Brought my mother in here at 3:30 today and still sitting here and it’s 7:08 she is 65 years old tired, hungry and ready to go home and there is still one person ahead of us. A waiting room full of people 11 beds is not enough for the city of Massillon the wait is just too long!! I will not be coming back here for anything.

They did everything they could to help me very nice doctor his name is Christopher UrsoThe nurses and him had amazing bed side manner and I'm so greatful for all the help they gave to me today thank you all very much for going above and beyond 💙

Rude. You're waiting for three hours just to be seen and they try to belittle your symptoms. You see my nose running, you hear my cough, etc but I'm not sick in your opinion? I'm just making it up? They barely want to prescribe anything, tell you to sleep it off?? Don't get me started on security, they will watch you like a hawk, as if you're a common criminal. What do you think I'm going to steal? The waiting room chairs?? I was waiting for my ride, not bothering anyone and I wasn't even sitting in the waiting room but there were people who were sitting in the waiting room waiting for a ride but they didn't get harassed just me. I will never go there again. It was my first and last time.
