Doctor feldon is great. The staff is not! I do everything they tell me to do and still each month my pain is not managed because the refills never come through and they take no accountability for it, they just blame the patients. I'm going to get a patient advocate. His staff causes nothing but stress and I try to be patient with it but come on
I have been a patient of Dr. Felden's for nearly three years. He is a very kind doctor and cares about the whole person. He not only addresses my pain issues, but offers other healthy living advice, which I really appreciate. All of the staff members are very kind also - and efficient.
Dr wasef and the rest of the nursing staff has been very good to me over the years very good Clinic very polite people
Dr Takla and Dr Feldon is great! I love them both! They have helped me so much! The nurses are super. So knowledgable and sweet! Love them all!
I found the staff to be very friendly and understanding. Doctor Casanova was wonderful and I do nor hesitate recommending him and his staff.
When you have epidural injections and then back surgery and Aultman Center for Pain Management says if these don’t work, your next step is a spinal cord stimulator! Fast forward a little over a year, I called to get scheduled two times and they never returned my calls, finally after a month of waiting I finally asked for a manager and they pass me to the lady who’s handles scheduling. Well, I made her very upset because they said they never received all of the info and couldn’t do anything until they received it all. So, I hand delivered it to make sure they received it. The scheduler was at the front desk and I asked how long to wait until I should follow up, because I knew they were not very good at following up. Now, two weeks later I receive a letter stating Aultman Center for pain Management feels there is nothing they can do and I should go to Cleveland Clinic pain management. WHAT the HECK?Best part, my Aultman neurosurgeon just told me two days prior I need a Spinal Cord stimulator and he’s willing to do the surgery!Moral of the story, don’t make the scheduler look bad or get her in trouble, because apparently she has a lot of power there!
Having been engaged to a patient here, you're safety practices are ridiculous. Do you honestly think your patients who are selling their narcotics don't know how to get around your routine? These types of places are just legal drug dealers. I know 2 people who sell their meds, and out think you every step of the way, and 1 person I can prove it. Why do we have an opioid crisis, because places like this exist.
Would give a zero if i could. They are just legal drug dealers. Maybe, others have a better experience. With all the meds i was on, i have high sensitivity to medication and a disorder that is hard to treat. Highly addictive medications are not the answer. Doctors need to get back to caring for their patients instead of lining their pockets with pill money!
Just had my lumbar epidural yesterday. Already pain free. Thanks to Dr wassif and all staff. Wonderful caring people. Would give 5 stars if scheduling wasn't so difficult. Wish I could make my next appointment same day as last treatment. Anyway I'm glad you're there for me when I need you.
The staff at pain management are very kind and friendly. They really take of you there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
