Goes above and beyond for her patients. Explains everything so that it is able to be understood, making her patients feel comfortable. My grandpa was in the hospital and called the office because he had questions and Dr. Falvo lang went to the hospital to VISIT and explain what he was going through. She was not his attending physician at the hospital and didn't just call to let him know. She came ...

She told me it wasn’t possible to have the symptom I had and explained why she thought that. Symptom continued and my new doctor gave me THREE reasons for symptom one being connected to an existing condition, another being an infection and the last was cancer. 20+ years of practice and instead of looking into my symptom she dismissed me. And it wasn’t the first time. I will never see her again. I suffered a year with this issue and she wouldn’t even prescribe antibiotics when I told her what I had looked up. Instead she treated me like I didn’t know what I was feeling. It’s her view only and no matter how much I advocated for myself she denied me.
