The doctor is great, that is when you can get an appointment, takes a long time for them to answer the phone then your put on hold for a long time. You can’t make appt for same day or even two to three days later cause they are always booked up.

I see Dr. Scheufler, MD. Find him to be a very conscientious doctor with a no nonsense approach to health care. He gives you the facts and tells you what you need to do to stay healthy. It is a relief to have someone like this in my corner. He allows me to understand and make decisions regarding my care. He is there to help me make informed decisions.

Obviously the medical care you would expect from your doctor is important. Dr. Belardo and the entire staff do a fantastic job in this respect. But what sets them apart from other doctors offices I've been to is how they treated me personally... everyone in the office is extremely friendly and courteous.... it's because of this reason that I continue to use Massillon Family Practice...

I am an existing patient with a history of HSV 2. I called Dr. Belardo's office two days ago....asking him to call in Valtrex for me. I STILL haven't heard back from him, though I have spoke to his staff three times. Seriously???? Don't go here if u have a chronic illness, especially one with a stigma.

He is a very nice, gentle doctor. My only gripe is the long wait every time I go there. It's never less than 40m minutes.

Rates well with me, Office phone issues are bad getting through especially in the morning have waited up to 45 mins on hold. This issue needs serious attention but that is the office as a whole not the Dr. he is phenomenal!
