Have always gone here and loved it (aside from the cleanliness and communication of the office)… but the docs have been great! However, after they didn’t want to give my husband a Covid test because they only had three left and told him to go to a drug store to get tested (after we’re paying for the Telehealth (phone call) visit) we were both very dissatisfied!! Especially being that he needed it to go back to work. They finally agreed to test him and told him they would call and let him know when to drive over to the office… he then received a phone call asking where he was because they close in 30 min (??) My husband was belittled for his vaccination status without them even caring to know the medical reason behind it. Their job is to take care of sick patients and they failed this time. Very disappointed.

If I could I wouldn’t even give these people a star. I had. Sinus infection and I needed very badly to get my back checked, they said they’d do a telephone conference. You can’t check my back on a telephone!!!!!! On top of that o got dirty looks!

I’ve been going here for many years had Dr Simon he was great but I had a time lapse where I haven’t been seen in a couple years so now I’m considered a new patient and ended up with a New Doctor Dr Tandon he was great as well and very professional the wait times could be better but the wait times seems to be the norm now but I had a great overall experience today and look forward to having Dr Tandon as my Doctor.

This place has turned into a joke.. after going here 20+ years I go to make appointment and the say they can get me in the next day but when they see I have not been there in the last few years because of being healthy they say I am now considered a new patient and they can't see me till January.. so now I have to find a new doctor that can see me now so I don't have to wait for months to schedule an appointment

Doctors and staff are very friendly.

Been coming here for years, since a teenager. I love this office and staff. So friendly and doctors and NP takes their time with you. They are very caring and make you feel comfortable.

The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met. She has no respect for others privacy or wellbeing's. It took me 12 times just to even get ahold of the office. Twelve.

I am forever grateful for Dr. Falvo -Lang at this practice. My mom was misdiagnosed as having a anxiety attack by another doctor. She went to the emergency room anyway. Dr. Falvo-Lang found she was full of blood clots and saved her life. She has been the best doctor for both of my parents as well as other family members. She's always on top of their meds, symptoms, and conditions. I will always rest easy knowing my parents are in excellent hands.

The doctors here are great but the office staff seems to have no idea what they’re doing. It’s almost impossible to get a prescription called in because they’re no communication. Very disappointing.

Run for your life. The office is very unprofessional and lacks compassion. Lol they always make you feel lesser than. But you’re not, so go to a different doctor! I thought I would do this to help someone else because I wish I had my time and money back big time lol.
