My appointment with Dr. Layton went very well. She was professional and answered all of my questions. I was happy with the visit. The only issue that I had was the wait. The appointment was scheduled for 11:00, I sat in the waiting room until approximately 11:45, and didn't see Dr. Layton until approximately 12:15.

Doctor Layton is the best primary care I've ever had. She takes so much time and care to listen to me and then to offer detailed information and solutions. I never feel rushed in our appointments - what a refreshing change. Her first course of treatment is to get to the bottom of issues rather than to try to bandaid them. That is not to say that she doesn't prescribe medication because she absolutely does, but I appreciate that she first or concurrently looks to treat underlying causes. I also LOVE her nurse, Tisha. She is so gentle and caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Dr.Layton is a great doctor. I’ve seen her for the past 4 yrs and she is amazing. I have had a lot of different doctors and she takes the time too talk to you and listen, she doesn’t talk at you which I think is very important. She gives her patients options and choices, and if you as a patient have any ideas she is open to what patients have to say and gives u options for your medications or procedures. She actually cares about her patients. I recommend Dr Layton for anyone looking for a family doc.

I liked Dr Layton very much. She was very informative in learning about my past history, answered any current questions that I had, and spent ample time with me. She was very patient and answered any questions that I had concerning my health.

I was having thyroid issues- found a new physician (Dr. Layton) went through all the procedures she recommended- ultrasound, biopsy for cancer screening, blood work, etc. NEVER received a phone call telling me any results. Sent me to a surgeon for no reason. Called in twice requestion her to call me, no response. Instead, she responded to the receptionist who told me my results from the weeks prior. Also messaged her in the promedica mychart, only for her to have no response. Very underwhelmed.
