List of Cleveland Clinic- Hillcrest Hospital's Reviews
ER takes 6-20 hours before you’re seen. Staff gets irritated if you ask when you’ll be seen.
A great hospital, what can I say it's Cleveland Clinic! I would choose no other. The staff is professional and courteous. The parking is not that great. But they do have valet parking for a fee. They also have a parking garage.
My brother had a chest pain, he went to ER from morning and he waited allll day long till midnight, they did not help or checked him in.i dont know where else we can go if a hospital can’t do their job!!!! What a helpless hospital!!! You guys should be down soon
Everyone told me how great this hospital is for their ER I’m sitting here as I’m typing this,It’s 9:02 and still sitting in waiting room, 9 hours in a ER waiting room,I have watched the room empty 3 times, But better not ask if your going to be seen soon because they are really Nasty, my white blood count is still climbing from the last time I was seen and my platelet is still high,I’m so exhausted my back is killing me and all I can do is cry because these people here don’t care….If I could give it a zero I would!!!!!
Very poor patient parking! Drove around over 30 minutes to find a parking spot!!!
The laziness and incompetency was on a level i have never seen in professional setting. Cleveland clinic needs to take a close look at how to fix this hospital. The nursing staff and doctors should be ashamed. I wont bore you with the details. Bottom line, stay clear of this hospital.
DO NOT GIVE BIRTH HERE!!!! My first time in 2019 the nurses were very rude and rushed the whole process. I told one of the nurses that I had bad acid reflux and I was going to puke while pushing and that I needed to push on my side , she told me “NO oh stop , come on”. Then when finished she stuck the I.V in my arm wrong and I had a big black/purple bruise on the whole inside of my forearm for the whole 3 days I was there. They never repositioned the IV at all. PLEAS DONT LET THESE NURSES TELL YOU HOW TO PUSH, they only tell you to push on your back so it’s convenient for them!! Next birth in 2022, I came in, got measured to see if I was ready, the first nurse said I was 10cm and couldn’t get the epidural and baby should be out in the next few mins. An hour past no baby yet, meanwhile I’m in PAIN!! Screaming for an epidural. The next nurse comes in confused as to why there’s no baby yet, she measures me and said “oh wait she’s 7cm”. Then they get into a back and fourth argument in front of me WHILE IM STILL IN PAIN!!! 3 hrs now has went by I am FUMING and still NO BABY and still IN PAIN!!! On the fourth hour my black doctor came in and measured me for the last time and told me I could finally get the epidural, and apologizing because 4 hrs went by and I could’ve had the epidural and spent 4 hrs in pain screaming crying for no reason… smh oh and not to mention the cafeteria forgot to bring my dinner up 2 nights in a row. I hate it here and definitely don’t recommend it, EVER!
I have to say Hillcrest Hospital is the best!!!! I could not of asked for more caring people Doctors, Nurses and Aides!!!! Dr. Andelghany saved my life and I am greatly indebted!!!! Also three nureses in CCU could not have given me better care Karen, Jen and Katherine ladies thank you for all your care and support!!!! I will never forget you!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
