My appointment was at 12³⁰ and I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. 45 minutes passed and I was stilled sitting in the waiting room. 7 ppl came after me and was seen before me. I went to the desk to ask what the problem was and it was nothing but excuses. I really think if I didn't go up there I would've still been waiting. So of course I'm upset. They made it seem like I had no reason to be upset like it was no big deal and said if I didn't calm down they wouldn't see me. They don't dare have to worry. I would rather have all my teeth fall out than to return there. Very poor appointment scheduling and very poor customer service.

Just had a horrific experience with this office over getting a night guard made. But let me back up. I was recently put on Medicaid for my family and this was the only office in the area willing to accept it and get us scheduled. I was excited until I realized those appointments were only for Xrays and to see the dentist, we'd have to wait longer (6mths for my kids, 8mths for me) to have cleanings done by a hygienist. I have never experienced this in all my 40+ years of seeing a dentist... Dr. Amanda Martin seemed shocked that I expected both to be done on the same day. Well, in the meantime I asked if I could have my dental guard replaced and once that was authorized they were shockingly able to get me scheduled the next day. So I said ok. Well, the girl never explained anything to me. Like always there was a bit of a wait in the waiting room, but even more of a wait in the chair while the girl gathered her supplies. She stuck these big blue trays into my mouth to see if they would fit and told me not to bite down, which was very difficult not to do. Well, then she filled them with this yellow plastic putty material and shoved one in my mouth and told me not to bite down or move including my tongue. Not once did she explain anything she was doing to me or how long exactly this would take. Well, pieces of that putty started to break off and fall in the back of my mouth on my tongue making me very nervous that I was going to aspirate and choke. I'm a critical care nurse here. I started to vocalize and gesture and she told me to keep holding still and started using 2 hands to hold me in place and prevent me from moving. I started to panic at this point and gestured more intently now as I was in a semi-reclining position and could easily aspirate (inhale) one of those pieces down into my lungs... she took one of her fingers and did a blind sweep in the back of my throat assuring me I was fine and nothing was there and I lost my S***. I got up and ripped that tray out of my mouth and yelled pieces of that were falling in the back of my mouth. She ran out of the room and Dr. Amanda Martin came in trying to get me to calm down and assure me everything was fine. She completely downplayed the incident and assured me I would not have choked. It was incredibly condescending. She blamed my anxiety, not the inadequate training of her staff who should have been explaining everything to me and also should have had suction set up... I pointed this out to Dr. Martin and she had nothing to say. When I left the entire waiting room was staring at me with their mouths open so I'm guessing they heard everything. Hopefully this office learns what an epiglottis is and how it functions and the importance of having suction equipment set up ready for use. I would not have appreciated an emergency bronch as a result of this incompetence, yet know it would have been what needed to happen should I not have ripped that tray out. My guess is it was overfilled with that goop. Dr. Martin did insist several times their scanner was down so this was the only way to make me a guard.. still no excuse for her staff to not explain what she was doing or to force me to endure those pieces falling in the back of my mouth. Her blind finger sweep could have easily pushed one down into my trachea. I had pieces of that yellow plastic all over my face, hands, and chin by the time I left. I never thought to take a picture until I got home. I kept spitting out more little tiny pieces of yellow plastic that I wiped on my car seat. I took a pic once I got home and will include a pic with this review. You've all been warned. Shame on you Dr. Martin.

They are the complete best! They always get me in and out and listen to everything that’s wrong and come up with a game plan ! Love them

Came back for my second visit after the hygienist came back from maternity leave. I showed up about an hour early, they told me that they can't guarantee that they'd be able to take me in early but checked me in nonetheless. It didn't take long until I got called back earlier than I was expecting because my appointment was at 1:30. They didn't keep me there forever and I got out at a decent time.

Dr Martin and staff are so kind! Truly, one of the best dentists I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Definitely recommend! Had to get a crown and had an amazing experience and it doesn’t even look like the tooth is a crown. Super friendly

It was a very good experience, she was a little busy that day, but her assistant kept us informed of everything. Which was nice instead of sitting in the room waiting and wondering, what is taking so long. They let my husband come back and sit with me. That was very nice of them too. He pays all the bills. He would know what I could have done and if we could afford it. So I didn’t have to make the decision by myself. I had to front teeth that really needed fixed. She took the time and fixed my to front teeth that day. So at least I could be happy smiling again. I have a couple more fillings that need to be fixed. She said she wanted me to have a cleaning first, then finish the rest of the work. She was very kind and I brought in my medication list told her I had been very sick and could not take care of my teeth because I was living in the hospital. She explained that all the acid reflex got stuck between my teeth and even brushing them would not remove it so that’s why I have a couple other cavities. Between my teeth. Like I said she explained everything to me. Hopefully I can stay well enough and keep my next appointment to make my smile feel beautiful again. I all ready feel better because she fixed the 2 front teeth. Definitely a good place to go to. I definitely had a great experience there. I want to thank her and all her staff.
