Office staff sucks- Janelle in particular who answers phones and schedules appointments will never get you in when you have a serious issue like a kidney stone and says Dr. B is booked for 2 weeks. Later referred me to a urologist I saw one time (to pay triple my co-pay than I would have at their office) to be diagnosed with shingles!!! Janelle needs to know her role and stop dismissing patients. She is not a medical expert- she answers phones & schedules appointments… period! She needs to know her role and stay in her lane!! She also told me to call the answering service on a Friday afternoon at 3:30PM when I was having a reaction to a medication Dr. B. Had me taking, as the office was getting ready to leave. I told her I was calling before the office closed and had an issue and was not going to wait and call the answering. I am looking for a new primary doctor since when something is wrong, the office cannot be bothered. All they want is to see you annually for a physical.

I an very happy with Dr. Baranauskas. He listens to what I have going on and takes a common sense approach. (He understands that I'm going to eat and drink when I go on vacation. My last doctor didn't get that.) My wait time is always less than 15 minutes and his office always gets me in when something unexpected comes up. Thanks Dr. B. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Baranauskas always listens to me even when I ask stupid questions. I am a little bit of a Hypochondriac because of my Families health history. I always feel better after spending a little time with Dr. B and his staff. They are kind and caring from the receptionist to the Nurses , everyone treats me like Family...

Never even mentioned my stepfather ‘s death to my mother. Never caught he had a very distended bladder a day before he was hospitalized ( dementia) . Doesn’t want to answer family questions about care.

Dr. B is great!!! He takes his time talks to me like I’m a human being and genuinely cares about how I’m feeling. Asks questions, gives advice and points me in direction of living a healthier happier life!!!!
