I've been coming to this office for over 6 years now and the Lady upfront "Tasha" Is very unprofessional and very rude and has a horrible attitude and doesn't seem to know how to do her job. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't work there.

They will make you wait 30-45 min once your checked in, but if you running late 3-5 min to your appt, They will reschedule appt without notice they will not take you in. Not fair at all

They are getting two stars only because my granddaughter loved the Dr, which is why we continued to take her there even after we moved much farther away. The staff have never been terribly friendly. Today we where five minutes late after a thirty minute drive and after being stuck behind an accident, they would not see my 3 yr old granddaughter. She bawled. Not going back. Life happens. I could understand if a patient was late more than once... Or very late. But five minutes??? Seemed just spiteful. No one wants a spiteful PEDIATRICIAN.

Everyone was friendly and great , Thank you so much Front desk, nurse and staff member for getting me soon as my baby was born and seeing her after discharge from hospital. Dr. Michelle Hanson She is super nice dr, best knowledge, feed back positively and she answers my question whatever I had concern for my daughter first baby girl born Janvi said thank you to all the team member ❤️❤️ 🙏.

If you're seeking a doctor who will serve as fam. prac. AND write Rxs for only 2 non-controlled substance anti-depressants (aka-'plain vanilla' generic anit-depressants) DO NOT WASTE TIME CALLING this location of multiple doctors! It REFUSES to tell potential patient over phone if doctors will write for anti-depressants. You must make appointment to see doctor, which involves, of course, transferring your old records from old physician (which most likely will cost $$$) then be told, "NO," AFTER you've jumped over all their ludicrous barrels and fed their greedy pockets! On a scale of 1 to 10 ... 1

After my newborn was released from the hospital as a preemie he had gotten sick. I took him two times in four days to Dr.Lee to explain what was going on with him and both times she was consistent that there was nothing wrong with him. I knew very well something was going on. That evening my little one stopped breathing and we had to call 911. That was when he was admitted to Children’s for Rsv And put on a ventilator for 12 days. The day after he got admitted I called Alex Central and explained what happened and no one acted concerned. That’s when I made the decision to switch pediatricians and have never looked back. Do not recommend taking your children here for care.
