WAS SEEN IN THE ER ON 09/09/22 FOR A KIDNEY STONE MEASURING 6MM TOLD TO CALL DR RUSSELL ON THE 11TH IF IT DID NOT PASS I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES EVERYDAY WITH NO CALL BACK. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK IN HALF LEFT MESSAGES ON CLINICAL LINE AND FRONT DESK LINE. WOULD NOT EVEN SEE HIM OR GO TO THAT OFFICE EVER

Dr Russell is never in the office except on Thursday. I believe he is more interested in surgeries than patient’s aftercare. He has staffing problems that aren’t addressed. He is a good doctor but priorities are not addressed.

I wouldn’t take my dog to him. He treated my husband horribly. Was rushing and hurt my husband went to fast when entering the bladder. Excruciating pain. Still hurting and bleeding a week later called the office explained I was still hurting bad. They said they would call me back. It’s been 2 days!!!!! Again. Wouldn’t take my dog to him

Didn’t have a digital exam even though PSA was elevated. He told me to come back in 6 months. Ended up in ER and hospitalized days later due to enlarged prostate and inability to urinate. What a joke!

Perhaps Dr. Russell is over worked. I know his office is very busy, however, the persona he projects is not caring and personable. I got the feeling that what he was doing (seeing complaining patients) was drudgery and distressing. He projects a person who has to do something that fundamentally disagrees with his personality; this puts the patient on edge and makes one feel uncomfortable.

The service and people that work there are rude and terrible.The first time I saw the doc I gave him a good review in kettering where they sent review to me . I wish I would have waited to really know the service they provide its 0 . They even argued the low rating they have.
