She is a very caring doctor and she takes time to explain everything to me and never rushes. I recommended her to all family and friends, but unfortunately she is not accepting new patients.

She never listens and make you agree with her or get you on her side by just telling you differently then what you said. My whole family doesn't like how she is with me

Dr. Heidari is incompetent and does not know how to do her job. She prescribes incorrect medicines and has no idea about your medical history with her until you fill her in. She is unaware of how to help someone with thyroid disease and does not tell you when you need to have bloodwork done. She tap dances around the issue of her incompetency and cannot admit when she is in the wrong.

I had been with Dr. Heidari for over a decade and finally gave up. Wait times are extremely exaggerated and the office staff is incredibly rude and condescending. On more than one occasion I have scheduled appointments, only to show up and realize they don’t have orders on file, or the doctor is two hours behind, or they aren’t prepared. They never call ahead or give warning of these situations.

Rude staff, appointment wait times are very long, extremely rude manager Wendy. Hangs up on patients, is disrespectful and abrupt during conversations. This practice has a long way to go to become customer service and patient friendly.

No matter what your request are, the doctor office staff should never laugh at you. Audible laughter at a patient's request is unprofessional and rude. Some of the office staff at Mound Family Practice are just down right rude and unmoved about their roles within the healthcare experience. If I ask a nurse or professional to ask the doctor a question, it is not their job to tell me I can't ask that question or make that request. Rely messages, provide details that the doctor gives, not deter me

Heidari has been my family doctor since I was young, my name is Jade. She is the best doctor I ever had, and she treats me like family. She is very smart, very caring, and always helps me when I have an illness. I hope she always will be at my doctor office as she is awesome!!! Best doctor ever.
