List of A. Monica Gliga's Reviews
Don't get me wrong, she's very kind, but doesn't let you get a word in edgewise. But most importantly, she diagnosed me with hypothyroidism when my TSH was LOW which suggests HYPERthyroidism. My primary care provider had to change it.
Terrible doctor she is always 2 hours late she also push's meds you do not need and is never their if you need help.
First appointment went ok. Second appointment.... not so much. They rescheduled my original time and date. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time and waited 40 minutes PAST my appointment time and she spent about 5 minutes with me. When I said something to her about waiting 40 minutes past my appointment, she blamed it on the patients in the wheelchairs.......when in reality it was overbooking! Unbelievable! If I had showed up 40 minutes late for my appointment, I would have had to reschedule!
Dr. Gliga seems to care more about money then the people she takes care off. she does not pay attention when you tell her any thing. and can be real mean some times .her staff also is very rude.

After only casually treating my diabetes for several years, I finally got serious and went to Dr. Gliga. I first tried to get in with another doctor in the MetroHealth system, but the wait to see one of his associates (not even him!) was three months. I tried Dr. Gliga as she was next on my list, and I am so HAPPY to have found her. She is a smart lady and super caring. As a new patient, they got me in right away (nice surprise). I am doing well. Highly recommend!
I would say Dr. Gliga might be a very good doctor for some folks but not for me. We had over a year of doctor/patient relationship, I did give her ample time to work with me, not against me. I prefer a doctor who is willing to work with you and is open to suggestions , not saying it's my way or do not come back. Needless to say, I did not go back, what a pity, she is a very good doctor, as long as you do not ask/question. Staff is wonderful. I found a new doctor.
Great to have as my doctor. Knows how to talk to people. Takes her time

I've been seeing this doctor for about 5 years now only because she is close by. But I think she is terrible. I totally agree with the other review. She won't even let you talk. Really only seems to care about billing. Says she has kids to put through college. She really said that! The office is old-fashioned as well. They have one old computer that is not used. Everything is hand written or faxed. Wow, really? When I had a bad reaction to a drug that she prescribed, I couldn't even reach her. Got her answering service and they told me she wasn't available until office hours. They could have cared less. So, for all of these reasons and more, I'm moving on.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
