Babu M. Eapen's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Eapen is an excellent pulmonologist and one of the kindest and most caring doctors I’ve ever gone to. The test I had showed a spot on my lung that could be cancer. Dr. Eapen answered every question I had in a caring way. He explained the tests I would be having and asked if I had any other questions. His staff is also excellent. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Eapen to anyone who is in need of an excellent pulmonologist!

My family and I cannot say enough about Dr Eapen. When we brought my mother in for care he was very thorough with here diagnosis and options. While working with us during this trying time, Dr Eapen's efforts were very helpful, compassionate and considerate to my mothers needs. Dr Eapen took the time to discuss her disease and how it had advanced. His efforts helped her understand her diagnosis and progression. The level of care and genuine concern was noticed by my family. I have no concern in recommending Dr Eapen for pulmonology care. While the diagnosis was disappointing we appreciated the care.

I would hope the previous reviews regarding compassion would also apply to receptionists. Upon trying to schedule, as a referral from the ER, I was told they don't see anyone who has had COVID in the last 30 days. Before patients who are in need of answers or help, it may be helpful to have this posted some where or have the ER staff educated at the very least so patients can find alternate solutions. I was actually told on the phone to "find some where else". I'm disgusted at what just happened. I understand various office protocol etc, I do, but shortness with patients who are already seeking specialist help, it's very disheartening. I will be contacting the hospital and reporting this incident.

Poor. Never even made it into the office

I first met Doctor Eapen as a patient in the hospital. He made me laugh and smile while assuring me that he would take care of me and that I would be okay. Thank you for being there for me.

Dr Epen with his nurse has been with me years ,now that I have COPD has and is reviewing medications that will bring me even better health .to me DrEpen is God sent .he talks with you ,does not push you away ,but between Dr Epen and Roy his nurse on stall your in the best hands ever. God bless. And Thank you for all you do.

Awful. This doctor acts like he’s put out if you ask him for help. Rude staff as well. Will not send my family me ever back to him.

Doctor puts generating revenue above patient care. My wife has been seeing him for years for her sleep apnea, and her CPAP machine quit working. DME company contacted him for Rx to replace machine. He would not approve without her coming in for an office visit, since it was a little over a year since her last visit. She has not slept well in about about a week, and his next available office appointment is in about a month!!! How about replacing the device and scheduling a follow-up to see how she is doing with it. Or make yourself available for an immediate appointment. Doctors that put patient care above padding their wallets would make it happen. Not this guy!

Love Dr. Eapen! Ruby and her staff are exceptional. Dr. Eapen listens, kind, compassionate, just an all around great doctor. Highly recommend!

Dr Eapen is a Phenomenal person and doctor. His care and concern to see you well is exceptional. His personal demeanor is so appreciated. I cant say enough good things about "Ruby" in the front office. She appreciates my concerns honestly and makes me believe we will face results together. Best care I have received in years by Dr. Eapen and his staff!
