Staff and Dr were great. We had no problems and were treated with kindness.
The front desk staff was nice, the nurse was even nice but the Dr with the locs was rude! He put me out of the room for my husband’s vasectomy because he assumed I would pass out because I’ve never been in a room with the procedure before. I would have been sitting across the room, not able to see anything going on in the sterile field. My husband just wanted me there for support. I honestly thought he was joking at first I’ve read reviews of many ppl able to have someone in the room for support. I informed him I was a nurse just to ensure him I have experience with trauma, blood, bodily fluids and he huffed “where” like I was lying or like my experience wasn’t good enough to sit and be supportive in the room. Never introduced himself just told me to say my goodbyes until after the procedure WOW!!!!!
My husband got 2nd opinion that may have saved his life. Get a second opinion please .
I have been calling for hours to try to make an appointment today which happens to be the 29th I'm giving three options I'm not a doctor I don't request the urgent attention of a doctor I am trying to make an appointment I push 3:00 it pauses it repeats it again I have been doing this for several hours please fix your phones
Horrendous. They make you wait for 40+ minutes just to talk with you for 2 minutes, prescribe antibiotics, re-schedule and then repeat. Waste of time.
I had high hopes for this place when I had been dealing with bladder issues for nearly a month and they were able to get me in quickly. But once I stepped in the office, I saw why. An hour and a half I waited for my name to be called, when I was right on time for my scheduled appointment. I was even called before others who had appointments set before me and had waited longer. I peed in a cup and sat in a room for 15 more minutes. I got to meet Doctor Lap and explain my symptoms to him for all of 5 MINUTES. 5 minutes was all this man gave me or even made time for me as a patient to hear me and help provide me with “proper care”. Immediately he wanted surgery. I agreed. The office staff? Horrible. Their attitudes are outrageous, they’re horribly unprofessional, and when they lie to you and you remember the name of exactly who you spoke with? They’ll continue to lie and say you didn’t speak with them. They must have multiple employees with the same name. 😂 the office never called to schedule surgery. So I called, got told to wait 48 more hours for hopefully a phone call. Waited 48 more hours and FINALLY got a call, asking me multiple questions about my procedure, and providing me with no information. After a run around and a half, little to no guidance or help from anyone on his team or himself, I had my surgery done august 3rd. He said see ya in six weeks! No follow up for care, no follow up to ensure my symptoms were gone. Nothing. It’s now the 15th and I’m wide awake in the middle of the night because the discomfort and urinating is outrageous. If you need a urologist, don’t trust this office. You’ll be three months into your pain, discomfort and symptoms and they still don’t show any remorse for you as a patient.
I was a new patient here because the surgeon I have seen in the past had moved and I was looking for a new one. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30. They called & asked if I could come in at 1. When I arrived at 1, the waiting room was packed with patients & I had to wait about an hour to be seen. When they called my name, the patient who checked in before me was still waiting. I brought that to the attention of the nurse before I went back, and he told the patient "we'll be with you shortly." While I was in the exam room, 2 different nurses came in 3 separate times asking if the doctor had seen me yet. At that time, I needed surgery, and the doctor said he'd call me the next day to schedule. When I checked out, the front desk said they'd call me within 7 days. The office just called me saying I had 2 options for my upcoming procedure. I told them that no one had called the next day, as promised. The woman on the phone said they don't do that, they call within one week. I told them that part is fine, but today is June 20 and my appointment was May 15.
Dr. Kedia has been the doctor who has seen me here. His office visits consist of me paying $60 copay to wait two hours to finally have him talk to me for 2 minutes; end of doctor visit. If there's a procedure (surgery), that lasts roughly 30 minutes and I wear a catheter home for two weeks. That part would be okay if the problem didn't keep coming back in 8 months. Assembly-line medicine let's me know that I'm not worth his time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
