Been seeing him for 15 years. He saved my life. He has made himself available to me whenever I’ve needed him and has squeezed me into his full schedule several times. I would recommend him to anyone.

Called to make an appointment SPECIFICALLY w/ him. Ignorant, "woman," who answered phone asked afew inane questions. Called back DAYS later saying several Hispanic named men would NOT take me on as a patient! I was like, "Excuse me? What do you mean? And who are you calling from, plz?" " I'm from the South West Group of Psychiatrists and, So n so has every right to refuse to take on a patient!! " " Uh, Oh K..? I'm sorry, I don't recall calling you guys? " " Well u DID and they r REFUSING to take u on! Goodbye!! " "Ok, have a nice day. Bye. " What in the WORLD??!!! I never even ASKED for appointments w/ those doctors!! Rude "female" person. It's ppl like her that give real women/ ladies, a bad name! ??

Poor communication skills. Bad office staff. He takes forever to return your call, even when it his him who wants to talk to you. The Dr will call you back from Restricted or Unknown number so you can't call him back.

Polster is a foul doctor he seems to like looking down on people and dose not care to listen to you he just makes quick judgement's .

I received zero cooperation from the support staff as to whether Dr Polster ordered any blood work. Dr Polster saw the patient once and after hearing his story decided he didn't want my brother as a patient.

would not recommend this psych MD based on the two weeks my father spent as an inpt on gero psych. did not speak to family members regarding member dx or discharge needs and left my father stranded w/o a follow up appt.
