Got another family doctor. The staff doesn't follow through, won't even fill a script unless he sees you or order enough meds to get you by until he sees you. I have nothing good to say. Beware
Dr. Lash has been my preferred doctor for more than 15 years. I stopped seeing my rheumatologist, no longer need my GI doctor, and don't even need my gynecologist. He's so well informed! As long as I come prepared with questions and I respect his time, he's happy to answer them. If you need a phsychologist, don't go to Dr. Lash. He has never misdiagnosed me or my husband and his instincts are excellent. He had a phlebotomist we shuddered to see approach. But when his regular phlebotomist was back my husband and I rejoiced. She is AMAZING. He isn't in charge of the front desk or how Southwest General maintains the offices, so I can give him slack on everything else. I go to him for medical care and rely on him to provide the solid info I need.
Best Physician hands down! Caring, compassionate and personable. Have been going to Doctor Lash for 30 years.
Inappropriately bills patients, not to mention he frequently says unprofessional statements
Where is he located
I was in Dr. Lash's office with my Father who was a long time patient of the practice. After a wait of close to an hour, was ushered into a room to wait an additional 30 minutes. He was then greated by a unsmiling, grumpy, doctor. The doctor spoke to his computer and typed the entire time he was there. The doctor made no effort to ease my father's fears, nor did he show the least bit of empathy, or emotion while advising my father to repeast the steps already taken to diagnose his muscle condition. Telling my father if he was unwilling to go through the extreemly painful muscle biopsies and see the neurologist that was unable to give a difinative diagnosis the first time he was unable to help him any further. The day after he saw Dr Lash he ended up in the Cleveland Clinic for four weeks and from there was placed in a nursing home. To add frosting to the cake. We received a notice that Dr. Lash would no longer see him as his bills were not paid. We called the office and explained the situaton to his staff that the payment would come we were waiting on my father's Social security check to come in as his entire savings was wiped out by the Clinic's bill. They still dismissed him as a patient. I don't think loosing him is any great loss.
He is the best doctor I have every had. He has taken care of me since 1976, and has saved my life many a times. He is very smart, caring and professional.
He is the best Dr. I've ever had. He is very caring and treats me like he would his own daughter. He tells it like it is, but will do whatever it takes to make you better as long as you are a willing participant. I've lost track of how many times he's saved my life. He is worth the long wait in the waiting room.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
