I was hesitant in taking my mom to Dr. Lee given the negative ratings. However, the x-Ray showed that she had a hairline fracture on her leg and her usual orthopedic surgeon was fully booked so we made an appointment. The office staff and the doctor's assistant were all kind. Unfortunately, it was Dr. Lee who was lacking in so many ways. He failed to answer any of my mom's questions. He didn't bother talking to my mom even when they spoke the same language. She wanted to know what the condition of her leg was and what treatment was recommended. He rushed her to get an x-ray at his office and informed ME that she would need a cast. He didn't bother to explain how long she would need a cast for and whether any alternative treatments were available. He kept telling his assistant to make sure that we sign a waiver before he started her on the cast. He wanted to cut her pants to place the cast so we offered to get her a pair of pants at a nearby store in order to avoid having to ruining a perfectly fine pair of pants and to which he responded that he's in a hurry and that we should just sew up the pants later. It was not an emergency situation where she needed immediate medical treatment. After he cut up her pants and put a cast on her, he just left the room with no explanation of how long she should have the cast on or any other post care instructions. The cast wasn't even dry so we were confused as to whether the cast was supposed to be bent or straight. When we asked when we should schedule a follow up appointment, he responds, "i don't need to see her. Actually, I don't want to see her."It was incredible how rude this doctor was. The level of unprofessionalism was something I've never experienced in the past. My mom went to a different ortho doc the same day. This doctor kindly explained the result of the x-ray as well as the ct scan and answered all of her questions. He promptly ordered the cast to be removed as it was unnecessary. We would NEVER go to here again.

My Dad had triple by-pass surgery in February (2022). Dr. Lee and his team are absolutely AMAZING. We could not ask for a better surgeon and team. The office staff includes the surgical team, so they are with the patient every step of the way. What wonderful professional people. Gail his PA, I cannot say enough about her. She was available for questions 24/7 and took her time making sure we understood what was going on at all times. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Dr. Lee, Gail and Team. ICU team was amazing as well.

Dr Lee, How do I say thank you for saving Bob’s life, not only once but twice? I’ve been working with doctors for many years, but never one like you. You’re so professional, so dedicated, a miracle worker - and yes so humble. You are truly amazing, and Bob is alive because of you. We owe you so much.
