Terrible Dr. who supports a rude staff. Dr.Drazdik never seems to be available to her patients. False records were kept on my behalf, and secretaries tried calling me a liar. My chart was not kept up to date with prescription dates, calls from the pharmacy, and previous visits. Keep looking.

Dr. Drazdik is a kind doctor and personable physician while you are in the office. Getting through to the office takes quite a long time. You are on hold 10-15 minutes. Their voicemail says the office is open late but the phones go to a service well before the office closes. Poor response time on return calls and follow through. Not able to get prescriptions for over the counter pain or cold medications- (prescriptions are are necessary to use an Federal Health Savings Account (FSA).
