Great service as usual

Doctor was highly insensitive toward me as an adolescent. Would not recommend!

Dr. Whimpie was assigned to me after I had my second son by mistake. I have another pediatrician for my first son. She is extremely disrespectful and has no right to be speak to children the way she does. She grabbed my three year old by the top of his arm and pushed him in the direction to the chair. She said you will sit down because I told you too and you will not move. He did not listen to her because he stood there scared. She then said more to upset him. I will never go back!

She is both my childrens pediatric doctor. She is so wonderful! She answers all my questions, and she is very quick and gets you in and out.

Dr wimpie is the pediatrician for all three of my children. I don't like to have anyone else even examine them. She listens and doesn't treat you as if you are stupid and don't know what your talking about when it comes to your children. She also helped my youngest daughter when she was an infant and had severe unknown allergies. She was so concerned she scheduled an appt. for me and got me in 14 hours later. I love this doctor.

My daughter almost died from pneumonia due to her misdiagnosis. Plus, she hates men. Any time she could, she verbally berated them, including my husband!

She is my second pediatrician because I needed something closer to our new home. My 1 year old has been with her for about six months and I love his doctor. I would definitely recommend her and the location is much nicer than any other doctor office I have seen. Free valet!

I needed Dr. Wimpie's address for some medical forms I am filling out for my son and decided to google it, which brought me to this page. I was saddened to see the reviews. I have been bringing my three children to see her for over 16 years now. She is absolutely wonderful, professional, and caring. She goes above and beyond what any other pediatrician would do to help you and your child. She gets back to you immediately and takes her own personal time if needed whenever you or your child need her. Not to mention, my children ADORE her. Which means everything to me. I am so thankful that she has helped me to raise them.

My son had been sick for almost two weeks, and we had back and forth to the doctor. The day she saw my son, it was because my regular pediatrician was out of town, and she was his backup. When I made the appt., I informed them that my mom would be bringing my son in (as I could not miss any more work), and that I was concerened that he had mono. I also gave them permission to do whatever was necessary to find out what was wrong. Dr. Wimpie refused to pay any attention to what my mom was telling her (recent medical history), and said my son could go to school. She said he didn't have mono, and she didn't think he should be tested for it. When my mom INSISTED on an order for blood work, she gave it to her, with attitude, and told her that it was the PARENTS decision whether or not to do blood work (my mom has helped me raise my son). Turns out, he has mono, and has NOT been able to go to school. At this point, he has been out since Jan. 18th, and will most likely miss several more weeks. I will NEVER return.

My child was born early at Southwest hospital. My first meeting with this doctor was while I was half asleep in a hospital bed after being up for 3 days straight. I woke up to being told that I was a horrible mother, and I had no business having a baby because I was asleep. I apologized for passing out and the doctor continued to belittle me. I was by myself and very hurt and worried as to how a doctor could act like this and get away with that behavior. God is watching and I know justice will be swift.
