Love dr.B. its the rarest of rare to find a doctor who actually cares about his patients.
Poor service, they don't respond to refill requests, they miss appointments and don't call. Update: doctor left practice two days before my appointment. Now I'm without a doctor at all. Apparently the other doctor left too.
If I could give a 0 I would. Not because of the staff who only carry out their duties, but to the Doctors, NP's and administrators. Total lack of attention to serious issues. Maybe good for drug rehab or alcohol rehab but for real mental health issues this place get a zero. My wife went days with out food or water and never did the staff get her admitted to the hospital for help. I had to threaten to call the police for neglect so I could get her released. Shame on these so called non professionals. Don't trust a loved one with any thing serious to this hack of a facility
I have been seeing Dr. Aasia Syed since earlier this year. My last appointment was for 11:30. It was nearly 11:55 when I saw her, and we were done by about 12:15, which is not enough time. Dr. Syed asked me about going on disability or going into the hospital. When I did not answer quickly enough, she yelled at me that I was wasting her time and making her late by not responding quick enough. I would not recommend Dr. Syed.
Michael T? Complained about an incident that happened months ago. It was exaggerated and now I have to go to court over it. Yeah they do laugh about the patients... fire him.
Picked up a friend who was getting out after being helped out... No handouts here just a hand up to take control of your life....
Could be their training but these people are not very good at their job.
I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible Dr Syed is AWLAYS 30-50 mins behind schedule. Your time isn’t valuable to her but when you’re in the office she acts like you have 30 seconds to get everything out. Not comforting at all. I felt as if my feelings didn’t matter made my mental illness worse. Unfortunate.
When I was first admitted I talked with a woman named Stephanie. She made me feel so comfortable expressing myself. Not just once did she talk to me to call me down, it was multiple times. She suggested to start writing down what overwhelms me and that honestly saved me throughout my visit. All the doctors and nurses were amazing and helpful. I only rate the place 4 stars because the beds were super hard, extremely flat pillows, ultra thin blankets, it was always freezing like the hospital, the rooms were very bland and scary looking especially in pure darkness. Not being able to go outside unless it's 52 degrees is also inhumane. I feel like if you're locked up somewhere you should be able to get some fresh air every once in awhile. Even if they let one person out at a time it would be better than being stuck in a building the whole time because when you can't go outside and then you see the windows bolted shut you feel like a caged animal. I understand that there's different levels to psychiatric issues with each individual but I feel like that could easily be solved if the nurses and doctors really got to know each patient.
Some of the doctors and nurses are great at inpatient. Outpatient is rough tho, the nurses don’t seem to care that much and do an eh job. Overall my doctor was great but dealing with the office/nurses always seemed to be a hassle.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
