Love dr.B. its the rarest of rare to find a doctor who actually cares about his patients.

Poor service, they don't respond to refill requests, they miss appointments and don't call. Update: doctor left practice two days before my appointment. Now I'm without a doctor at all. Apparently the other doctor left too.

If I could give a 0 I would. Not because of the staff who only carry out their duties, but to the Doctors, NP's and administrators. Total lack of attention to serious issues. Maybe good for drug rehab or alcohol rehab but for real mental health issues this place get a zero. My wife went days with out food or water and never did the staff get her admitted to the hospital for help. I had to threaten to call the police for neglect so I could get her released. Shame on these so called non professionals. Don't trust a loved one with any thing serious to this hack of a facility

I have been seeing Dr. Aasia Syed since earlier this year. My last appointment was for 11:30. It was nearly 11:55 when I saw her, and we were done by about 12:15, which is not enough time. Dr. Syed asked me about going on disability or going into the hospital. When I did not answer quickly enough, she yelled at me that I was wasting her time and making her late by not responding quick enough. I would not recommend Dr. Syed.

Michael T? Complained about an incident that happened months ago. It was exaggerated and now I have to go to court over it. Yeah they do laugh about the patients... fire him.

Picked up a friend who was getting out after being helped out... No handouts here just a hand up to take control of your life....

Could be their training but these people are not very good at their job.

I called here my self and ask them did they have a extra bed available and they told me they wasn't allow to give out that information. My very first time I was here they treated me like I was at home and I really want to come back. I been thinking about Oakview a lot. I hope I luck up and get to come back here no other hospital treated me like they treated me here.

The director of Oakview (Mike W.) and the staff saved my son’s life. I’m not being dramatic. My son was despondent, hopeless, and suicidal. He’s 26 years old and could not see any other way out than to end his life. We took him to Southwest General’s ED where we met Mike and were provided information on Oakview. He was evaluated by an incredible intake nurse (it was such an emotional time that I’ve forgotten her name) and Oakview inpatient was recommended. We gladly accepted the help and my son spent 3 days there. During his “grippy sock vacation” (his words, not mine!) he was able to meet others who suffered with the same issues. He attended group therapy and individual counseling. He had a wonderful social worker who assisted him in a long term plan. My son was silencing his depression and anxiety with prescription opioids for years and they addressed the addiction, as well. When I picked him up I saw a side of my son I haven’t seen in years. He raved about the care and adored each and every nurse who cared for him. He has continued intense outpatient counseling and is thriving. I truly believe that, but not for Mike and the staff of Oakview, I would’ve buried my son. There are not enough words to express my gratitude. They are all angels. And I have to end this by mentioning Dane and Patricia, his ED nurses. In a time when nurses are burned out, these two were beyond compassionate. 2 more angels on my list.

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible Dr Syed is AWLAYS 30-50 mins behind schedule. Your time isn’t valuable to her but when you’re in the office she acts like you have 30 seconds to get everything out. Not comforting at all. I felt as if my feelings didn’t matter made my mental illness worse. Unfortunate.
