Spa areas very clean with a welcoming environment. John was very articulate about each treatment area and how it worked. Didn’t feel rushed. While the sauna was wonderful and they gave 45 minutes of use, I had to turn the heat down as it was too high. Provided towels, water and a robe was a really nice touch. The float pool: could be a little warmer. Due to the high salt content, watch your eyes and use the ear plugs & petroleum jelly they give you on any area that might burn. I had to learn the hard way and it cut my experience short. Loved the pre and post rain shower and tea tree products. Bring shower shoes and any toiletries as needed. Nice big area to get changed after you have been recharged!

They could not tell me on the phone wether they take my insurance or not . They say its yoir responsibility to make sure they accept your insurance. I will not put a card on file to have been billed . I don't understand why they didnt know if my insurance was accepted or not .

The vibe here is amazing. Super relaxing. And they take caresource medicaid. Wonderful option for people who feel like they can't afford ERDM services etc.

Went to a meditation class. It was very good. The teacher had a great voice for guided meditation. Nice room to practice

Such friendly Staff, very patient & understanding professionals. However their insurance acceptance is extremely limited so have to check first. Maybe Stella Luna can list the insurance that is accepted on the website for clients to find, that would be helpful. The client rooms are cozy, love the tranquil sounds in the lobby. They have a restroom! That's a plus! I love the credentials on the lobby wall. I always recommend this place.

It is a great center that focuses on mental health and wellness and I highly recommend the sound bath it is relaxing and calming you may almost fall asleep during the meditation 🧘.

Hi All, I’d like pass along some thoughts after a few visits to Stella Luna… Please Go I have been very pleased I came looking for some help answering some questions that CBT Therapy had not quite answered Mr Paul set me at ease, thru the Hypnotic Therapy we found a pathway to answers. He guided me thru personal events finding strengths I didn’t think I had or had but have long been forgotten. Thank You Paul, your caring nature and skill in helping one help themself are a blessing…. George

I had a wonderful reiki and sound bath experience with Stella Luna. They are very attentive and communicative throughout the whole process. They're very intuitive practitioners. I felt transported during the treatment and like some energy blockages were cleared as I left. Highly recommended them to anyone in the Cleveland area or folx traveling through town needing a refresh.

So far I have used the sauna. The building and sauna room are super clean. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. I can’t wait to try the other services they have to offer.
