Front desk staff and therapists don’t seem to communicate. Called the front desk because I had a zoom appointment and I was just sitting there, my therapist didn’t join the call. They tell me they can’t see her schedule they don’t know when her appointments are… isn’t that what the front desk people do? Even if they don’t schedule the appointments themselves you’d think they’d have some type of program where they can see everyone’s schedule but guess not. Therapist told me wrong date/time for my appointment. Didn’t feel like anyone knew what was going on or what they were doing. Ended up getting a bill w paperwork stating I hadn’t made a payment in SEVEN months and my account was in the collections process and that was not true. I had recently made payments, had a $94 balance left. Would not recommend going here.

One doctor I saw would fall asleep while I was talking if the appointment was after 1pm. A separate doctor my husband and I tried allowed him to rip me apart through the whole hour. Then call the hour up. Was not supportive of both sides talking. Horrible horrible services.

Very friendly staff and good doctors that actually care about patients instead of just the money. Been going here for years seeing Dr. Baenen. Nice that I can have phone sessions and not have to pack up the kids everytime.

I’ve been seeing my therapist, Jacquie Gailey, for three years now after being hospitalized. She has been the most amazing and supportive therapist I’ve ever had, and I have always felt comfortable with her. I’ve been doing so well that I’ve gotten the summer off from sessions and still feel great. Every time my appointment is over, I feel so much happier and relieved. She has definitely helped turn my life around. I highly, highly recommend her! The office staff is also amazing, especially Sue.

My husband & I had a horrible experience coming to marriage counseling for the first time after experiencing a series of traumas. I am a therapist myself, & this therapist lacked any insight ability to facilitate deeper processing. Instead she would argue or attack us and demand vulnerability. We have moved on and have thankfully found a brilliant therapist to help us heal.
