Ravi Berger Md's Online Review Report Card

Had to leave work on Friday, eye emergency. I went straight over to Dr. Berger‘s office and they took me in. Very grateful for the wonderful staff and Dr. Berger.

Dr Berger literally saved my life by catching a life threatening condition that no one was aware of and then assured that I was being properly cared for by calling my PC Dr and ALSO calling me at home to check on me!

Dr. Berger is a very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, practical, professional and simply wonderful physician. His staff is extremely compassionate and clearly experienced in all that they do. The entire office space is exceptionally clean and organized. I continue to feel safe and confident while under the care of Dr. Berger and his staff. A++++!!!

I love Dr. Berger! I called in the morning and got in right away and they were so nice on the phone. They exceeded my expectations with Covid-19 precautions with social distance seating, masks, hand sanitizer and before each time I sat at a testing station she told me it had just been sanitized before I sat down. I really appreciated that. Dr.Berger made me feel so much better about my diabetes and how it affects my eyes and any problems I was having. He was thorough and explained everything to me and was super understanding. DID I MENTION THEY HAVE AN OFFICE DOG?! It’s just a great place to go when you need your eyes checked. See ya in 6 months!

Dr Ravi Berger and his staff are a class office. From the time you walk in till you leave, everyone is professional, personable and are aware of your needs. Dr Berger is very good at what he does. I know I am in good hands with him. Keep up the good work

We went in to see the doctor and saw him maybe for two minutes, but were there an hour and a half. The entire time we felt rushed, and he seemed to mock our questions. We left with more questions than when we came in. His feet were out the door as we were still talking to him and he didn’t introduce himself or the girl in the room with him. The girl at the front desk never said hello and only said ‘that’ll be $20’ . The only nice person was the technician in the room with us. We left and went straight to a different doctor who took care of us in Strongsville and we didn’t feel like an inconvenience to him. Should also note- We went in for an injury and he looked at it for maybe 30 seconds. Edit after response from Dr: while I appreciate your response to the review, we were able to see another specialist the same day and we did not feel rushed during their appointment. Yes, the day can get busy and time gets ahead of you but we felt more like an inconvenience the entire time we were with you, and you even held the door open in the middle of us still asking you questions(not very private for us). It did not seem at all like 12 minutes with you in the room. We also wish you would have explained things more for us. Yes you fit us in but it doesn’t matter when we don’t feel helped and leave more confused than when we arrived. If that’s the case, don’t fit us in to be seen. We do wish you luck with all of your future patients though and we hope you gain something from this review as well. Take care.
