This was our 2nd time using this same urgent care. It's been with 2 different providers and been with the same child. Both times I've been very pleased and satisfied with the care and the professionalism of both providers. They seemed very knowledgeable in what was going on with my child. I will most definitely be going back again if ever in another time of need. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and providers for For CareFirst Urgent Care in Middletown, Ohio, on Briele Blvd you all are awesome.

This place is a scam. I went there in September. The doctor sent me away, thinking I was dying from renal failure and diabetes. All I had was a UTI months later, they took money out of my account without my permission avoid this place.

Best urgent care in Middletown. Very clean, nice staff. Walked in and got taken back to a room in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Every time I come in, they are super friendly, professional and they seem to actually care, unlike some of the other urgent cares I have visited. They are also the only one of 2 that takes my insurance, that I don't mind coming to.

This is for the one by Bob Evans: Came in for a TB test for a job. They didn't sign my paperwork so I came back. When I came back they said the Dr who performed the test was not there so I had to return today. Today they had a new reason why they "couldn't " sign my paper work. So now I'm out 60 bucks because of this. The front desk person was eating in front of patients and kept walking off when I was trying to explain the situation to her. They will never get my business ever again.

I’ve been waiting over an hour. The people that went back have been in the rooms an hour. I am extremely sick and I don’t have the energy to sit let alone go somewhere else. This place is horrible.
