I was very impressed with Dr. Tifany Nolan’s expertise. Also, staff was very polite. Highly recommend.

I would caution women on the side of of safety, not to use hilltop. Any concern you have before 24 weeks pregnancy you will be told right out-your baby is not viable we can’t do anything. It got to a point where I felt I might as well not receive prenatal care. The reviews on here stating they are in it for the money-is very true. That’s all they care about from the moment you call.

Nope! They were so rude to me when I was pregnant. I am so very glad I had my child at Southview! I wouldn't go here. Glad they didn't accept my insurance, laughed at me and were so rude to me, because I didn't want to have my child at this place... Anyways... Omg.. Lol I would be afraid to.

He is the best in every aspect of getting to what my husband and I needed. Love him

Dr. Heather Hilkowitz is an outstanding physician! My PCP recommended me to her and I have been a patient of hers for the last 10 years. I have only experienced excellent care. She delivered one of my children via C-section and I have remained her patient ever since. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional.

Hilltop OBGYN has been my “lady doctor” for about 4 years now. Until earlier this year (March 2020) I didn’t have any issues with my doctor—Dr. Rhonda Washington or the Nurses. I came for my annual in March, but also disclosed information pertaining my health and immediately their (my doctor and nurses) attitudes completely changed. They judged me, made me feel absolutely terrible, sent my anxiety/stress through the roof, and I left in tears that day. When I received my bill I was appalled. I had a major issues with what they were charging me after I had been treated so terribly. I called to discuss in June, the office manager, Michelle, was on vacation so I left a message with the woman who answered the phone—whoever she was, she was great. I explained the situation and she was genuine. Months go by, I never received a call back or another bill, so I assumed they revoked the bill. Last month (October) I received the bill via mail again. I call again, and the office manager is yet again out of town on vacation. Michelle calls me on October 26th, leaves a voicemail, and she sounded like she did not care about the severity of the situation whatsoever. I called back a few days later, leave a voicemail to her direct number and I still haven’t received a call back. It is ridiculous the lack of professionalism and compassion those two women displayed over a very serious situation. If it doesn’t get handled correctly by the end of this month, I will be reporting to the medical board. It’s beyond upsetting and stressful. Although Michelle and Dr. Washington completely blew me away with their reactions, the receptionist and phlebotomist (think her name is Peggy?) have always been so kind. It is a shame my doctor and their manager don’t exhibit the same compassion. Edit: finally talked to Michelle. Essentially, she does not care about how I was treated and did nothing to solve it . At the end of the day, she just wanted my money and had zero compassion or empathy. I will NEVER go to their practice again.

I have been coming to this office for a long while. I go for my yearly appointments when due. Ever since I have become pregnant this office has been extremely difficult. Every appointment I am called to reschedule. I work with set hours and schedule around them, I can't keep rescheduling. I am told different information depending on the nurse who also can't tell me what I have to come in for nor does the doctor have it together when they come in. The front desk schedules me for wrong days. I only know due to text messages. I'm a planner and put appointment in my calendar right when scheduled. She actually tried to charge me! They have no clue that they are going at this office. Now its a big deal to transfer my records! Save yourself this headache.

Dr Han is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He takes his time to explain the proceedures thoroughly and simply. He has performed surgery on me twice with excelent results and I highly recommend him. Several of my friends have used him as well and they also were pleased with their results. He even called my home after the surgery to check on me the day of the surgery.

Everyone was wonderful to work with from the lady at the front desk, my consultant and especially Dr. Han! He is very friendly, engaged and he treated me like family. 5 stars for an exceptional experience and amazing results.
