As a retired dentist, I can be critical of health care workers if I don't think they are truly doing their best .Dr Adams is the best ENT I have ever been to. Extremely knowledgable, patiently listens to me, and explains the issue in a very understandable way. And the staff at the Middletown office have always been great.

Dr. Adam and his staff do all they can to make my visits easy -- they get me to the examination room quickly and Dr. Adam arrives within 5 minutes of the Medical Assistant leaving. He explains things thoroughly and carefully and is not prone to rushing into drastic treatments. I like him a lot!

The premier appointment reminder system was excessive. Between robo calls, texts and emails = too much and annoying. Please revisit policy
