Laughed at my thin legs although I was having serious numbness and weakness. Wanted to do his own EMG test although results of the same test were available from my PCP. Kept saying not doing his own test was a "negative" on his professionalism. Seemed like a cry-baby doctor and was no help at all. Described this one-and-only visit to my PCP who recommended another neurologist.

Dr. Wadhwa always listens to my concerns, and treats me with the right amount of humor and respect. He's very thorough, and asks lots of questions. I like that he is conservative in his treatment methods, yet he grabs the bull by its horns and proceeds with some kind of treatment.

I feel this provider is so extremely knowledgeable that he doesn't realize that this patient doesn't have a full understanding about this illness - how does it normally progress, what are some of the common symptoms of progression, how bad can it get, is there any diet to help curb symptoms? I don't really know what questions to ask, but I feel he should be more forthcoming with information. He is very nice, very professional.

Dr. Wadhwa is the kindest and most trusted doctor I have seen. He takes the time to explain things clearly and wants to be sure that his patients understand the entire process. It is obvious that he cares about his patients and is passionate about his career.
